विद्युत संविदा कर्मियों ने आंदोलन के 34वें दिन थाली पीट कर किया प्रदर्शन... छ ग विद्युत संविदा कर्मचारी संघ के बैनर तले अनिश्चित कालीन आंदोलन के 34वें दिन धरना स्थल रायपुर में विद्युत संविदा कर्मी अपने द्विसूत्री मांगों को लेकर डटे हुए हैं। वे लगातार पॉवर कम्पनी के कुनीति का विरोध कर रहे हैं। विभिन्न गतिविधियों के द्वारा विद्युत संविदा कर्मी अपनी बात शासन तक पहुचाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
इस कोशिश में हजारों विद्युत संविदा कर्मियों ने थाली पीट कर शासन से न्याय की गुहार लगाईं - उन्होंने अपनी दयनीय स्थिति को जनता के सामने रखने का प्रयास किया। ज्ञात हो कि अभी तक पॉवर कम्पनी प्रबंधन की ओर से कोई पहल नहीं हुयी है - और न ही शासन ने इन संविदा कर्मियों की सुध ली ।
पॉवर कम्पनी में लाइन परिचारक संविदा कर्मियों को 2 वर्ष में नियमित करने की है परम्परा... छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट पॉवर कम्पनी में लाइन परिचारक संविदा कर्मियों को दो साल के संविदा/परिवीक्षा अवधि पूर्ण करने पर नियमित करने की परम्परा रही है। किन्तु राजनीतिक हस्तक्षेप के कारण विद्युत संविदा कर्मियों का नियमितीकरण नहीं हो रहा है। संविदा कर्मी 2 वर्ष में नियमित हो जाने के उम्मीद से अपने जान जोखिम में डाल कर काम करने के लिए इस विभाग में आ जाते हैं। किंतु आये दिन उनके साथ विद्युत दुर्घटनाएं हो जाती हैं, जिसमें सैकड़ों लोगों के अंग भंग हो गए हैं और 25 से अधिक संविदा कर्मियों का निधन हो गया है।
विद्युत संविदा कर्मी अपने नियमितीकरण और अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति की मांग कर रहे हैं। जिस कारण संविदा कर्मी शासन तक अपनी बातों को पहुँचाना चाहते हैं।
