नगर पंचायत जवाली के वार्ड नं-7 के पार्षद सीमा देवी के नेतृत्व में महिलाओं का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल पानी की समस्या को लेकर जल शक्ति विभाग जवाली के कार्यालय में पहुंचा तथा कार्यालय का घेराव किया। पार्षद सीमा देवी सहित महिलाओं ने कहा कि हम पिछले 10 दिनों से पानी की समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं तथा दूरदराज से पानी लाने को मजबूर हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागीय अधिकारियों को फोन किया जाता है तो विभागीय अधिकारी फोन उठाना मुनासिब नहीं समझते। उन्होंने कहा कि भेदभाव के चलते हमारे साथ ऐसा किया जा रहा है तथा पानी की सप्लाई नहीं दी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर विभाग पानी की सप्लाई देने में असमर्थ है तो नगर पंचायत के हवाले कर दे। नगर पंचायत स्वयं आउटसोर्स पर कर्मी रखकर पानी की समस्या को हल करवा लेगा। उन्होंने चेताया कि अगर समस्या का हल नहीं किया तो कार्यालय में तालाबंदी कर दी जाएगी। बाद में जेई अजय शर्मा मौका पर पहुंचे और लोगों को समझाने लगे लेकिन वार्डवासी एक्सईएन से जबाब लेने को अड़ गए तथा मौका से जल शक्ति विभाग जवाली के एक्सईएन नदारद रहे। गुस्साए लोगों ने जल शक्ति विभाग मुर्दाबाद, जवाली के विधायक मुर्दाबाद के नारे सड़क पर खड़े होकर लगाए। बाद में एक्सईएन मौका पर पहुंच गए तो लोगों ने उनको पानी की समस्या बारे बताया।

ब्रहस्पतिवार को यूथ कांग्रेस के जिला अध्यक्ष डॉ अरविंद शुक्ला के नेतृत्व में कोविड नियमो का पालन करते हुए जिला यूथ कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता कलेक्टोरेट गेट पर इकठ्ठा और सरकार के कंपनियों के निजी करण के विरोध में लिखे गए स्लोगन्स का बैनर लेकर प्रदर्शन किया। इस मौके पर यूथ कॉंग्रेस के जिलाध्यक्ष डॉक्टर अरविद शुक्ला ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय नेतृत्व के निर्देश पर ये प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है। हर मोर्चे पर फेल मोदी सरकार पूरी तरह अपने कुछ पूंजीपति साथियों को फायदा पहुँचा रही है। इस लिए कांग्रेस के शाशन में लगाई गई सरकारी कंपनियों का निजीकरण कर देश को बर्बाद कर रही है। उन्होने कहा कि कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता इस का पुरजोर विरोध करते रहेंगे।
