  • Uttar Pradesh की विधानसभा बन गई अदालत, Speaker ने पुलिसकर्मियों को भेज दिया Jail

    भारत में शायद ही पहले कभी ऐसा नजारा देखने को मिला है। हम बात कर रहे हैं यू पी विधानसभा में दिखे अजीबो गरीब नज़ारे की। शुक्रवार को बीजेपी विधायक सलिल विश्नोई के विशेषाधिकार हनन मामले में सदन को कोर्ट में तब्दील कर दिया गया। इस दौरान मामले में कटघरा बनाकर आरोपी 6 पुलिसकर्मियों को सदन के सामने पेश किया गया। संसदीय कार्यमंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने आरोपियों के कारावास का प्रस्ताव सदन के सामने रखा, जिस पर स्पीकर ने वोटिंग कराई। वोटिंग के दौरान सपा के विधायक सदन में मौजूद नहीं थे। बाकी बचे सदस्यों ने ध्वनिमत से प्रस्ताव को पारित करा दिया। मंत्री के प्रस्ताव से स्पीकर ने सहमति जताई और आरोपियों को एक दिन के कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई। सभी आरोपियों ने बारी-बारी से सदन के सामने माफी भी मांगी। स्पीकर ने कहा कि कमेटी ने इनके निलंबन की कार्रवाई के लिए कहा था लेकिन पुलिसकर्मियों के आचरण आदि को देखते हुए उन्हें एक दिन के कारावास की सजा दी जा रही है। बता दें कि पुलिसकर्मी सिर्फ आज रात 12 बजे तक सदन में ही बनी एक स्पेशल सेल में बंदी बनाए जाएंगे।

    तिहाड़ जेल.....जिसे देश के सबसे बड़े कैदखाने के रूप में जाना जाता है। वो जेल जिसके बारे में कुख्यात अपराधियों से लेकर आम नागरिक तक हर कोई जानता है। दिल्ली में करीब 400 एकड़ में फैले इस विशाल परिसर में 12 हज़ार से ज़्यादा कैदी रहते हैं। 2012 के निर्भया गैंग रेप के दोषियों को भी इसी जेल में रखा गया है। लेकिन तिहाड़ जेल का एक खौफनाक राज है जिसे यहां के कैदी अभी तक समझ नहीं पाए हैं। दरअसल, तिहार जेल के बैरक नंबर 3 के नाम से ही यहां के कैदी कांप जाते हैं। यही वजह है कि इस बैरक में कोई भी कैदी रहना नहीं चाहता।
