आपको बता दें उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद मुरादाबाद के एसएसपी कार्यालय के ठीक सामने 16 दिन से धरने पर बैठी रेप पीड़िता मांग रही थी पुलिस से न्याय की गुहार
दरअसल रेप पीड़िता का आरोप है कि मझोला थाना अंतर्गत भाजपा नेता पार्षद चंद्रशेखर सैनी का भाई सुधीर कुमार सैनी ने युवती के साथ नाबालिक समय से ही अपने प्रेम जाल में फसाकर उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बना रहा था वही जब युवती ने युवक से शादी करने के लिए कहा तो उसने शादी से इंकार कर दिया जिसके बाद रेप पीड़िता ने आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ मझोला पुलिस से शिकायत कर न्याय की गुहार लगाई थी लेकिन पुलिस ने पीड़िता की शिकायत पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जिससे नाराज पीड़िता ने मुरादाबाद एसएसपी कार्यालय के सामने धरने पर बैठ गई आपको बता दें 16 दिन से धरने पर बैठी थी रेप पीड़िता आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर लगा रही थी न्याय की गुहार वही आज पूरे 16 दिन के धरने के बाद रेप पीड़िता ने राहत की सांस ली है क्योंकी भाजपा नेता के भाई ने सुधीर कुमार सैनी ने खुद को मुरादाबाद की कोर्ट में सिलेंडर कर दिया है वही इस घटना के मामले मे जानकारी देते हुए रेप पीड़िता ने पत्रकारों को बताया

रायबरेली-उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार के शख्त निर्देश के बाद भी महिलाओ से संबंधित गंभीर आरोपो में भी पुलिस की लचर कार्य प्रणाली सवालों के घेरे में है, रायबरेली की रहने वाली युवती का आरोप है कि उसके साथ बंधक बनाकर 9 दिनों तक आरोपी युवक ने रेप किया और उसका अश्लील वीडियो भी बनाया किसी तरह वह 9 दिन बाद आरोपी के चंगुल से छूटी तो थाने पहुची और थाने में भी एक सप्ताह से न सिर्फ पीड़िता को मुकदमे के लिए चक्कर लगवाया जा रहा है बल्कि समझौते को लेकर महिलाओ सिपाहियों पर मारपीट का भी पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाते हुए एसपी से न्याय की गुहार लगाई है और न्याय न मिलने और आत्महत्या करने की धमकी दी है।
वी/ओ- रायबरेली जिले के हरचंदपुर थाना क्षेत्र की रहने वाली 20 वर्षीय युवती ने पड़ोस के गाव के ही रहने वाले युवक व उसकी भाभी पर अपहरण कर लखनऊ में एक कमरे में बंधक बनाकर आरोपी युवक अजय पर 9 दिनों तक रेप का आरोप लगाया है और अश्लील वीडियो बनाकर वायरल करने की धमकी भी दी गई है, पीड़िता का आरोप है कि 21 मई को उंसका अपहरण किया गया और 9 दिनों तक उसके साथ बलात्कार किया गया किसी तरह 1 जून को वह आरोपी के चंगुल से निकली और किसी तरह हरचंदपुर थाने पहुची और आप बीती बताई पर एक जून से आज तक पीड़िता का मुकदमा तक दर्ज नही किया गया, पीड़िता ने पुलिस पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि थाने में तैनात महिला पुलिस कर्मियों द्वारा उसे जबरन समझौता का दबाव बनाया जा रहा है और समझौता न करने पर थाने में उसे पीटा भी गया, अब थक हार कर पीड़िता ने एसपी से न्याय की गुहार लगाई है और न्याय न मिलने पर आत्महत्या करने की बात कही है।वी/ओ- वही पुलिस अधीक्षक ने पूरे मामले में जांच कर कार्यवाही का भरोसा दिलाया है और कहा कि पीड़िता की तरफ से दो अलग अलग तहरीरें दी गई है मामले की जांच कर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

अमिताभ ठाकुर की गिरफ़्तारी पर पत्नी नूतन ठाकुर ने लगाए गंभीर आरोप
शुक्रवार को लखनऊ के गोमतीनगर स्थित आवास से पूर्व आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। मेडिकल कराने के बाद कोर्ट ले जाया गया है। जहां से उन्हें जेल भेज दिया गया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के बाहर रेप पीड़िता की आत्महत्या के मामले में अमिताभ ठाकुर को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
बीएसपी सांसद अतुल राय पर रेप का आरोप लगाने वाली लड़की और गवाह की मौत के मामले में एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट पर अमिताभ ठाकुर पर एफआईआर दर्ज हुई है। वहीं, उनकी पत्नी नूतन ठाकुर ने एसआईटी को भी कटघरे में खड़ा किया है।

कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष और सांसद राहुल गांधी का ट्विटर अकाउंट लॉक किए जाने के बाद पांच वरिष्ठ पार्टी नेताओं के खिलाफ भी इसी तरह की कार्रवाई हुई है। कांग्रेस ने बुधवार देर रात दावा किया कि अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी (एआईसीसी) के महासचिव और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री अजय माकन, तमिलनाडु के विरुधुनगर से सांसद और लोकसभा में पार्टी के सचेतक मनिकम टैगोर, असम प्रभारी और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह अलवर तथा महिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सुष्मिता देव के ट्विटर अकाउंट निलंबित कर दिए गए हैं। हालांकि, इससे पहले ट्विटर ने राहुल गांधी का अकाउंट सस्पेंड होने के दावे को खारिज करते हुए कहा था कि उनका अकाउंट लॉक किया गया है।

नाबालिग से दुष्कर्म का आरोपी गिरफ्तार
अफज़लगढ़ कोतवाली क्षेत्र के एक गांव में नाबालिग युवती से दुश्कर्म के मामले में पीड़िता के पिता ने पुलिस को तहरीर देकर कार्यवाही की मांग की है। पीड़िता के पिता ने तहरीर में कहा कि उसकी 13 वर्शीय नाबालिग पुत्री घर में अकेली थी और बाकी सब लोग खेतों पर गये हुए थे। पीड़िता के पिता का कहना है कि घर में पुत्री को अकेला पाकर पड़ोस के रहने वाला युवक चिंटू घर की छत से कूदकर अंदर घुस गया और उसकी पुत्री के साथ जबरन दुश्कर्म किया। इस मामले में पुलिस अधीक्षक डा0 धर्मवीर सिंह ने बताया कि पीड़िता के पिता की तहरीर के आधार पर आरोपी के खिलाफ पोक्सो एक्ट और संबधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है तथा विधिक कार्यवाही करते हुए युवक को जेल भेजा जा रहा है।
