कर्नाटक में शुरू हुआ हिजाब विवाद अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुँच चुका है। इस बार यह मामला सरकारी स्कूलों में छात्राओं को परीक्षा के दौरान हिजाब पहनने की अनुमति देने से जुड़ा हुआ है। बता दें कि आज यानी बुधवार को छत्राओं के एक ग्रुप ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाज़ा खटखटाया है और राज्य के सरकारी स्कूलों में हिजाब पहन कर परीक्षा देने की अनुमति देने का निर्देश देने की मांग की है। इससे पहले कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट ने अक्टूबर 2022 में इस मामले पर एक विभाजित यानी खंडित फैसला सुनाया था।

किसानों के धरने के चलते बंद दिल्ली के सिंघु बॉर्डर को खोलने की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया है, शीर्ष अदालत ने याचिकाकर्ताओं से इस मामले पर पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट जाने की बात कही है । सिंघु, टीकरी और गाज़ीपुर बार्डर पर साल 2020 से तीन कृषि कानूनों को रद्द कराने को लेकर किसान सरकार के खिलाफ लगातार प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं,दरअसल कुछ स्थानीय लोगों ने किसान आंदोलन के चलते कई महीनों से बंद हाईवे को खुलवाने को लेकर याचिका दायर की थी, इस याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना रुख साफ कर दिया है कि वो इस याचिका पर सुनवाई नहीं करेगा, याचिकाकर्ता या तो याचिका वापस ले सकते हैं या फिर हाईकोर्ट जा सकते हैं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ऐसा क्यूं कहा आइए आपको बताते हैं ।

'എനിക്ക് ഇനിയും ഒരുപാട് പ്രേമിക്കണം. ജോലി ചെയ്യണം. അതിനുള്ള ആരോഗ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഈ പ്രായം ഒരു ബാധ്യതയാണ്. എമിലേ റാറ്റല്ബന്ഡ് എന്ന 'ലൈഫ് കോച്ച്' ന്റെ ഈ ആവശ്യം അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര മാധ്യമങ്ങളില് പോലും വാര്ത്തയായി. തന്റെ ജനനത്തീയ്യതി 1949 മാര്ച്ച് 11 ല് നിന്ന് 1969 മാര്ച്ച് 11ലേക്ക് മാറ്റിതരണമെന്ന ന്യായമായ ആവശ്യം മാത്രമേ എമിലേയ്ക്കുള്ളൂ. ഒരാള്ക്ക് തന്റെ പേരും രാഷ്ട്രീയവും തീരുമാനിക്കാം എന്തിന് സ്വന്തം ലിംഗമാറ്റം പോലും നടത്താം. പിന്നെ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് സ്വന്തം ജനനത്തിയ്യതി മാത്രം മാറ്റാന് കഴിയില്ല എന്ന എമിലെയുടെ ചോദ്യം കേള്ക്കുമ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം ന്യായമാണെന്നാണ് ആര്ക്കും തോന്നിപ്പോകും. ആര്ണ്ഹെം നഗരത്തിലെ കോടതി ഈ കേസില് നാല് ആഴ്ച്ചയ്ക്കുള്ളില് വാദം കേള്ക്കും. ജനനത്തിയതി മാറ്റാന് നിലവില് നിയമങ്ങളൊന്നുമില്ലാത്തതിനാല് എമിലേയുടെ ഹര്ജി തള്ളാനാണ് സാധ്യതയെന്നാണ് അധികൃതരുടെ പക്ഷം. തന്റെ വയസ്സ് കാരണം താന് പലതരത്തിലുള്ള വിവേചനം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നതായാണ് എമിലേയുടെ വാദം. തന്റെ ജോലി സാധ്യതയെയും 'ടിന്ഡര്' ഡേറ്റിങ് ആപ്പിലെ തന്റെ അവസരങ്ങളെയും തന്റെ വയസ്സ് ബാധിക്കുന്നു. 'എനിക്ക 69 വയസ്സുള്ളപ്പോള് എന്റെ ജീവിതം പരിമിതപ്പെടുന്നു. എന്നാല് എനിക്ക് 49 വയസ്സാണെങ്കില് എനിക്ക് പുതിയ വീട് വാങ്ങാം. പുതിയ കാറുകള് വങ്ങാം. കൂടുതല് ജോലിയും ചെയ്യാമെന്നാണ് എമിലേ പറയുന്നത്. ഡേറ്റിങ് ആപ്പില് തനിക്ക് പ്രായം കാരണം മറുപടികളൊന്നും കിട്ടുന്നില്ലെന്നാണ് ഹര്ജിക്കാരന് പറയുന്നു. തന്റെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ മുഖവും 49 എന്ന വയസ്സുമാകുമ്പോള് ഞാനൊരു ഉയര്ന്ന സ്ഥാനത്ത് എത്തുമെന്നും ഇയാള് കരുതുന്നു. തന്റെ ഡോക്ടര്മാര് പോലും തനിക്ക് ഒരു 45കാരന്റെ ശരീരമാണ് ഇപ്പോള് ഉള്ളത് എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. 'യങ്ങ് ഗോഡ്' എന്നാണ് എമിലേ സ്വയം വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രായം കുറച്ചു തന്നാല് തന്റെ പെന്ഷന് തിരിച്ച് നല്കാമെന്ന് പറയുന്ന എമിലേ നിലവില് ഒരു വ്യക്തിത്വ വികസന പരിശീലകനായിട്ടാണ് ജോലി നോക്കുന്നത്.

These days, due to increasing heat and drought, people in Shimla are facing water shortage. In many areas, water is arriving after four to five weeks and in some areas, it takes four to five weeks. In such a situation, people now have to meet their water needs by reaching stepwells and hand pumps. Of these two, 31 to 33 MLD of water is reaching Shimla city which requires 40 to 45 MLD. The water in the water sources has reached its lowest level, so now only rain is expected to rain soon so that the water requirement of the city can be met. Regarding the water crisis arising in Shimla, Municipal Corporation Shimla Mayor Surendra Chauhan says that along with developing water harvesting system in Shimla, there is a need to separate drinking and used water so that in future there is a need for water in Shimla. Necessities can be arranged.
