Neemuch Case: मध्य प्रदेश के नीमच में आदिवासी युवक से बेहरमी के बाद मौत के मामले में पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है. पुलिस ने मुख्य आरोपी महेंद्र गुर्जर का मकान जमींदोज कर दिया है. पुलिस बुलडोजर लेकर पहुंची और मकान को गिरा दिया. नीमच में एक आदिवासी युवक के साथ बेरहमी की गई थी और उसे ट्रक से बांध कर घसीटा गया था. बाद में युवक की मौत हो गई.
कुछ लोगों ने चोरी के शक में कन्हैया भील नाम के एक आदिवासी युवक को बेरहमी से पीटा. इसके बाद युवक को गाड़ी के पीछे बांधकर घसीटते रहे. बाद में घायल कन्हैया को नीमच अस्पताल में ले जाया गया, जहां शुक्रवार को उसकी मौत हो गई. मरने से पहले वीडियो में साफ देखा जा सकता है कि युवक मारपीट करने वाले लोगों से हाथ पैर जोड़ रहा था. वो अपनी बेगुनाही की बात कर रहा था लेकिन लोग नहीं मानें.
ये मामला गुरुवार का है. वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस ने तत्काल चार आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया था. सभी पर हत्या समेत कई धाराओं में केस दर्ज किया गया है. इस मामले में मुख्य आरोपी महेंद्र गुर्जर की पत्नी सरपंच हैं.

नीमच एसपी सूरज कुमार वर्मा ने सिंगोली थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत अथवा गांव के पास नीमच सिंगोली मार्ग पर आदिवासी युवक कन्हैया लाल भील को पिकअप वाहन के पीछे बांधकर घसीटने और मारपीट के बाद में उसकी मौत हो के मामले में खुलासा करते हुए बताया कि मृतक युवक इतनी रात में कहीं चली गई थी और सुबह अपनी पत्नी की हाईवे पर तलाश कर रहा था। और वह गाड़ीयो को रोककर पहुंच रहा था। इसी दौरान आरोपी छीतरमल गुर्जर उसे चोर समझ बैठा पहले तो उसने अपनी गाड़ी से टक्कर मारी।बाद में अपने आस-पास के गांव में परिचितों को भी बुला लिया ओर मारपीट की। इस दौरान हाइवे से गुजर रही पिकअप को आरोपियों ने रोका और उसके पीछे मृतक को बांधकर भी घसीटा और बाद में मारपीट की आरोपियों द्वारा डायल हंड्रेड को भी सूचना की दी। मौके पर डायल हंड्रेड पहुंची और गंभीर घायल अवस्था में पढ़े युवक को जिला अस्पताल ले गए जहां उसकी इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई। इस मामले में एसपी ने बताया कि 5 लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है शेष तीन आरोपी फरार हैं। जिन्हें जल्द ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। वही आरोपियों से पूछताछ में यदि और भी किसी का नाम सामने आता है तो उन्हें भी गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा। मामले में हत्या सहित गंभीर धाराओं ओर एट्रोसिटी एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है ।
