ताहिर हुसैन सिर्फ़ साजिशकर्ता नहीं, दंगे में भी सक्रिय रूप से था शामिल : कोर्ट
दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने शुक्रवार 6 मई को साल 2020 के दिल्ली में हुए हिंदू विरोधी दंगों के संबंध में आम आदमी पार्टी के पूर्व पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन के ख़िलाफ़ आरोप तय कर दिए। अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश वीरेंद्र भट ने ताहिर हुसैन और पांच अन्य आरोपियों- अनस, फ़िरोज़, जावेद, गुलफाम और शोएब आलम के ख़िलाफ़ आरोप तय करते हुए कहा कि हुसैन मूकदर्शक नहीं थे बल्कि दंगों में सक्रिय भाग ले रहे थे और अवैध सभा में शामिल सदस्यों को उकसा रहे थे। आपको बता दें कि करण नाम के एक व्यक्ति द्वारा दायर याचिका पर कोर्ट सुनवाई कर रहा था। अब अगर बात करें करण की तो उनका दिल्ली के खजूरी खास इलाके के चांद बाग में एक गोदाम था, जिसे ताहिर हुसैन के नेतृत्व में उन्मादी भीड़ ने नष्ट कर दिया गया था।

दिल्ली हिंसा को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय को अहम निर्देश दिया है. शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा, "न्याय के हित में हाईकोर्ट को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि मामले की सुनवाई शुक्रवार को करे. ..शीर्ष न्यायालय ने कहा कि हाईकोर्ट मामले की यथासंभव जल्द सुनवाई करे और नेता लोगों से बात करे. इसका तुषार मेहता ने विरोध किया. जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि हम चाहते हैं कि किसी भी सूरत में शांति संभव हो. प्रधान न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट शांतिपूर्वक विवाद का हल निकालने की कोशिश करे.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday gave critical directions to the Delhi High Court on the Delhi violence. The apex court said, "In the interest of justice, the High Court is instructed to hear the matter on Friday. The top court said that the High Court should hear the matter as soon as possible and the leader should speak to the people. This was opposed by Tushar Mehta." To which the Supreme Court said that we want peace in any situation possible. Useful endeavors.
