    9 മണിക്കൂറോളമാണ് ഈ മഴവില്‍ ദൃശ്യമായതെന്ന് ഗവേഷകര്‍

    ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ദൈര്‍ഘ്യമേറിയ മഴവില്‍ തായ് വാനില്‍ ദൃശ്യമായി. 9 മണിക്കൂറോളമാണ് ഈ മഴവില്‍ ദൃശ്യമായത്തായ്‌വാന്‍ തലസ്ഥാനമായ തായ്‌പേയിലാണ് 8 മണിക്കൂര്‍ 58 മിനിട്ട് നീണ്ട ഈ അപൂര്‍വ്വ മഴവില്‍ ദൃശ്യമായത്. ഇത് ലോക റെക്കോഡാണെന്ന് ഗവേഷകരും പറയുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ നവംബര്‍ 30നാണ് മേഖലയില്‍ മഴവില്ല് ദൃശ്യമായത്. മഴവില്‍ ഇത്ര നേരം ദൃശ്യമായതിന്റെ ശാസ്ത്രീയ കാരണങ്ങള്‍ വെളിപ്പട്ടില്ലെങ്കിലും, കാലവര്‍ഷത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ദീര്‍ഘനേരം അന്തരീക്ഷത്തില്‍ ഈര്‍പ്പം നിലനിന്നതും, ആകാശം ഭാഗീകമായി മേഖാവൃതമായതും, കാറ്റിന്റെ അഭാവവും എല്ലാം ഒന്നിച്ചു വന്നതോടെയാണ് ഈ അപൂര്‍വ്വ പ്രതിഭാസം നടന്നതെന്നാണ് ഗവേഷകരുടെ നിഗമനം. ചൈനീസ് സാംസ്‌കാരിക സര്‍വ്വകലാശാലയിലെ പ്രോഫസര്‍ ചൊ കുന്‍ സ്വാനാണ് മഴവില്ല് സംബന്ധിച്ച് പഠനം നടത്തിയത്.
