अवैध खनन के मामलों की जांच के लिए जिला ऊना में पहुंचे उद्योग विभाग के निदेशक राकेश प्रजापति से कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने मुलाकात की | कांग्रेस नेताओं ने उन्हें अवैध खनन के मुद्दे पर एक ज्ञापन सौंपा है। राकेश प्रजापति को सौंपे ज्ञापन में कांग्रेस के जिलाध्यक्ष रणजीत राणा ने आरोप जड़ा की अवैध खनन माफिया ने जिला की संपदा को नुकसान पहुंचाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी है। सुनिए आगे क्या कुछ कहा कांग्रेस जिलाध्यक्ष रणजीत राणा ने वहीँ जिला में अवैध खनन की लगातार मिल रही शिकायतों के बाद उद्योग विभाग ने सख्ती दिखाई है | निदेशक राकेश प्रजापति की अगुवाई में विशेष टीम ने स्वां नदी में खनन क्षेत्रों का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान खनन विभाग के अधिकारियों को जिला में खनन से संबधित उचित दिशा निर्देश देते हुए राकेश प्रजापति ने अवैध तरीके से खनन करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं ।
