मेरठ से प्रयागराज के बीच सफर को सुगम करने के लिए प्रस्तावित गंगा एक्सप्रेस-वे को जिले के 4767 किसानों ने अपनी जमीन दे दी है। 618 करोड़ की करीब 2000 बीघे जमीन का बैनामा हो गया है। अब तक किसानों में 414 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान भी किया जा चुका है। शेष किसानों के खातों में सर्किल रेट की चार गुना रकम भेजने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। डलमऊ, लालगंज, सलोन व ऊंचाहार तहसील क्षेत्र में बैनामे के साथ ही जमीन पर प्रशासन का कब्जा भी शुरू हो गया है।
करीब 596 किलोमीटर लंबे गंगा एक्सप्रेस-वे को मेरठ से होकर प्रयागराज तक पहुंचना है। एक्सप्रेस-वे जिले की चार तहसीलों लालगंज, डलमऊ, सलोन और ऊंचाहार से गुजरेगा। सबसे पहले लालगंज तहसील क्षेत्र के सातनपुर, रमुआपुर दुबई, रानीपुर, उदाभाग आदि गांवों के किसानों की जमीन का बैनामा होने के बाद उनके खातों में धनराशि भेजी गई। लालगंज, डलमऊ, ऊंचाहार और सलोन तहसील क्षेत्र के उप निबंधन कार्यालयों में बैनामे कराए जा रहे हैं।जिले में अब तक 4767 किसानों ने 679.76 हेक्टेयर जमीन का बैनामा एक्सप्रेस-वे के लिए कर दिया है। सर्किल रेट की चार गुना धनराशि बैनामा कराने वाले किसानों के खातों में भेजी गई है। जिले के करीब 12 हजार किसानों की जमीन उत्तर प्रदेश एक्सप्रेसवेज औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण (यूपीडा) लेगा।
जल्द ही बैनामे का काम पूरा कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। तहसीलों में संबंधित क्षेत्र के लेखपालों को जल्द से जल्द शत-प्रतिशत बैनामे का काम पूरा कराने के आदेश भी दिए गए हैं। बैनामे के साथ ही संबंधित जमीन पर कब्जा लेने का काम भी जिला प्रशासन ने शुरू कर दिया है। निबंधन विभाग की इनकम 38.42 करोड़ बढ़ी
गंगा एक्सप्रेस-वे ने उप निबंधक कार्यालय लालगंज, डलमऊ, सलोन और ऊंचाहार की आय बढ़ा दी है। हर साल प्रगति सबसे खराब रखने वाले उन उप निबंधन कार्यालयों को गंगा एक्सप्रेस-वे के लिए अब तक हुए बैनामे से ही 38.42 करोड़ रुपये की आय हो गई है। इसमें 32 करोड़ रुपये के स्टांप और 6.42 लाख रुपये निबंधन शुल्क के रूप में जुटाए गए हैं। अब तक 4767 किसानों की जमीन के बैनामे हुए हैं। अभी जिले में 12 हजBy LNV India | 166 views
LDA ऑफिस के बाहर किसान नेताओं ने किया ज़ोरदार प्रदर्शन
लखनऊ। गोमती नगर में एलडीए ऑफिस के बाहर भारतीय किसान यूनियन के नेताओं ने प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शन कर रहे किसानों ने कहा कि एलडीए को लेकर बहुत समस्याएं हैं उन्होंने कहा कि एलडीए ने किसान से जमीन ली है। न कि तालाब लिया है। एलडीए ने मोहिबिल्लापुर में एक तालाब पाट कर बेच दिया। ऐसे ही बहुत सारे तालाब पाटे गए हैं और उनका मुआवजा 1 रुपया और 50 पैसा किसानों को दे दिया गया। साथ ही आरोप लगाया कि किसानों को उचित मुआवजा नहीं दिया जा रहा है। एलडीए पर आरोप लगाते हुए किसान नेताओं ने कहा कि एलडीए ने तालाबों को घेरकर कहीं प्लॉटिंग नहीं की। साथ ही किसानों ने कहा कि अगर उनकी मांग नहीं पूरी हुई तो वे और उग्र प्रदर्शन करेंगे।
