    LAC पर भारत और चीन के संबंध काफी खराब हैं और ये संबंध फ़िलहाल किसी भी वक़्त सुधरते नहीं दिख रहे। हालाँकि इसे पटरी पर लाने के लिए कई दौर की बातचीत भी हो चुकी है, लेकिन दोनों देश के बीच संबंध अभी भी सामान्य नहीं हुए हैं। तो इस बीच भारत के विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि भारत-चीन संबंध तब तक सामान्य नहीं हो सकते जब तक कि सीमा की स्थिति सामन्य नहीं होती है। साथ ही अगर चीन सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में शांति भंग करता है, तो यह संबंधों को और प्रभावित करेगा।

    तालिबान को चीन और पाकिस्तान से मिल रहा समर्थन किसी से छिपा नहीं है। ऐसे में अफगानिस्तान पर कब्जे के बाद आतंकी संगठन ने भारत के खिलाफ चाल चलना भी शुरू कर दिया है। दरअसल, तालिबान ने चीन-पाकिस्तान इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर (सीपीईसी) परियोजना में अफगानिस्तान को भी शामिल करने की इच्छा जताई है। पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर से होकर गुजरने की वजह से भारत इस परियोजना को लेकर अपना विरोध दर्ज कराता रहा है। लेकिन अब अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान को भारत के खिलाफ मोहरे की तरह इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है।

    पाकिस्तान की अर्थव्यवस्था इस समय उस स्थिति में पहुंच गई है जहां अपने कर्ज का ब्याज चुकाने के लिए सरकारी खजाने में पैसे नहीं हैं। लिहाजा,पाक के पास अब अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर डिफॉल्टर बनने से बचने के लिए सिर्फ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा फंड (IMF) से मदद का ही सहारा बचा है। बड़ी बात ये है कि पाक को IMF की मदद पाने के लिए चीन से लिए कर्ज के राज खोलने पड़ेंगे जबकि पाक अब तक यही कह रहा है कि उसकी बिगड़ती हालत के लिए चीन जिम्मदार नहीं है।

    महाराष्ट्र में लोकसभा चुनावों के लिए कांग्रेस और राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी (NCP) के बीच गठबंधन में दरार पड़ गई लगती है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, राकांपा के प्रमुख शरद पवार ने कांग्रेस पार्टी से 2019 के आम चुनावों में महाराष्ट्र की 48 लोकसभा सीटों में 50 फीसदी सीटों की मांग की है। यह मांग पवार ने 11 अक्तूबर को कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी के साथ एक बैठक में की थी। पवार ने इस संबंध में 2014 के लोकसभा चुनावों में हुए हार का हवाला दिया।

    सतलोक अाश्रम के प्रमुख रामपाल को हिसार कोर्ट ने केस नंबर 429 के तहत उम्रकैद की सुनाई है और एक लाख रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया है। इसके साथ रामपाल के 15 समर्थकों को भी उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई गई है। बता दें चार महिलाओं और एक बच्चे की हत्या मामले में रामपाल समेत 15 लोगों को 11 अक्टूबर को अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र कोर्ट ने दोषी करार दिया था। हालाकि रामपाल के वकील एपी सिंह का कहना है कि अदालत के फैसले को हाइकोर्ट में चुनौती देंगे।

    भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने कंपनियों को राहत देने के बजाए आम जनता को बड़ी राहत दे दी है। इसके चलते फिलहाल 90 करोड़ से अधिक डेबिट व क्रेडिट कार्ड के बंद होने का खतरा टल गया है। देश में सबसे ज्यादा डेबिट व क्रेडिट कार्ड मास्टरकार्ड और वीजा के जारी होते हैं। आरबीआई विदेश में स्थित सर्वर को देश में स्थापित करने के लिए कंपनियों को काफी समय से कह रहा है। इन कंपनियों का कहना है कि वक्त तो कम है ही, उन्हें नई पॉलिसी की पूरी जानकारी भी नहीं है। डाटा स्थानीय स्तर पर लागू करने के दौरान व्यापारियों को ज्यादा सावधान रहना होगा और उपभोक्ताओं को नए सिरे से कागजात देने होंगे।
