ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜੀਪ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ 'ਤੇ ਬੰਨ ਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ 'ਚ ਘੁਮਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਸ ਦੇ ਖੌਫਨਾਕ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਗ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ...ਤੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਯੂ-ਟਰਨ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ 'ਚ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਐੱਸ. ਪੀ. ਜਗਤਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ 'ਚ ਇਕ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਇਨਵੈਸਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਰੇਡ ਪਾਰਟੀ 'ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸਾਰੇ 12 ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਰੇਡ ਪਾਰਟੀ 'ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਰੇਡ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅੱਜ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀ।
ਗੌਰਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੁੱਟ-ਖੋਹ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਥਾਣਾ ਕੱਥੂਨੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਘਰ 'ਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਇਨਵੈਸਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਰੇਡ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਘਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜੀਪ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ 'ਚ ਘੁਮਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ... ਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ 'ਚ ਜ਼ਲੀਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ...ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਐੱਸ. ਐੱਸ. ਪੀ. ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪਰਮਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ ਘਟਨਾ 'ਚ ਕਰਾਸ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਹੁਣ SIT ਸਾਰੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਦੇਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਜੀਪ 'ਚ ਸਵਾਰ ਸਨ।... ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ SIT ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਹੇਠ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੀ ਤੱਥ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ?
