Jammu-Kashmir में Article 35 A के भविष्य को लेकर लग रही अटकलों के कारण वहां की राजनीति गरमा गई है। स्थानीय राजनीतिक दलों Peoples Democratic Party और National Conference ने केंद्र की Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) सरकार को इसके हटने पर राज्य में आरजकता फैलने की चेतावनी दी है । दरअसल आर्टिकल 35 A के हटने के कयास राष्ट्रिय सुरक्षा सलाहकार Ajit Doval के जम्मू कश्मीर दौरे से वापसी और कश्मीर में अर्द्धसैनिक बलों की 100 अतिरिक्त कंपनियां तैनात होने के बाद से लगने शुरू हो गए थे। 2019 के Lok Sabha में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने अपने घोषणापत्र में भी आर्टिकल 35 A को हटाने की बात की थी। लोक सभा चुनाव में बीजेपी को भारी बहुमत मिलने के बाद आर्टिकल 35 A का हटना लगभग तय हो गया है। आर्टिकल 35 A के लागू होने के पीछे पंजाब और पंजाबी लोग कैसे थे इसके बारे में थोड़ी देर में बताएंगे फिलहाल यह बताते हैं कि बीजेपी के घोषणापत्र में क्या है और भारतीय संविधान में आर्टिकल 35 A की क्या व्याख्या की गई है। #Article35A #article370 #jammuandkashmir

गृह मंत्रालय की ओर से कश्मीर में कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए सीएपीएफ समेत अन्य बलों की अतिरिक्त 100 कंपनियों को तैनात करने का आदेश दिया है. मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी बयान के मुताबिक सीआरपीएफ की 50, बीएसएफ की 10, एसएसबी की 30 और आईटीबीपी की 10 कंपनियां तैनात की गई है.ख़बरों की माने तो प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 15 अगस्त के कार्यक्रम में जम्मू कश्मीर जा सकते हैं और हो सकता है कि इसी दिन आर्टिकल 35 ए पर कोई बड़ी घोषणा की जाए.
