The theme of oneness of the numerous forms of life has also been stressed in shloka 6.29 wherein it is stated that he whose self is disciplined in yoga (yog-yukt-atman), sees the self abiding in all beings and all beings existing in the self ; everywhere he sees the same.
To put it simply, when enlightened by yoga, one understands that the same Atman, consciousness, dwells in him and in everyone else. He also realises that everyone is situated in the same Atman. The perception of a separate finite being having its own weaknesses then vanishes. He establishes his oneness with all life.
Not only oneness of the whole flow of life, Krishna has also revealed the unity of all existences. In the very next shloka i.e. in shloka 6.30, it has been stated that he who sees the Supreme Lord everywhere and sees everything in Him, he never loses sight of the Supreme nor is he ever out of His sight.
This shloka emphasises on the profound unity of everything in the all-pervading Ishvara. He remains established in the hearts of those who realise their oneness with Him.
Knowledge about the unity of all beings has been declared to be the true knowledge. It has been stated in shloka 18.20 that the knowledge by which all beings, of goodness (sattvic gyana).
Such knowledge leads to the realisation that the indivisible spirit which dwells in all living beings is imperishable. The indivisible and imperishable spirit is the essential truth of everyone. One,

Gita propagates the idea not only of oneness of mankind, but also of the unity of all beings. It emphasises oneness of the soul with all life and of all existences with the Divine.
While describing the Supreme Brahman, it has been stated in shloka 13.17 that though appearing as divided among various beings, the Supreme is indivisible. He is known to be the one who is supporting all beings, destroying them ; and creating them afresh.
Thus it is evident that all beings arise from the Supreme, are supported by Him and at the time of dissolution are withdrawn into Him. All beings, thus, exist in the Supreme. No one stands apart from Him.

  • cause of Human Suffering deal with Bhagavad Gita

Bhagavad Gita has discussed in detail various evils which cause the human suffering. It has also been analysed as to why do these afflictions arise and how can they be managed.

Shri Krishna has identified lust, anger and greed as the main culprits which lead to one’s downfall. Hence, in shloka 16.21, he has termed them as three entry gates of hell. Further, he has cautioned that they lead to degradation of the soul and, therefore, should be abandoned.
in the next shloka i.e. in shloka 16.22, it is stated that one who is freed from these three gates of darkness, he does what is good for himself ; and thus attains to the supreme destination. In other words, Krishna tells man that the more a person is liberated from these three vices, the more he becomes pure and ultimately reaches the highest position of self-realisation i.e. of oneness with Ishvara.
Mischiefs of lust have further been elaborated in shlokas 3.36 to 3.39. When asked by Arjuna as to what impels man to commit sin, as if by force, even against his own will ; Shri Krishna replied that sin is committed due to lust. The lust is born of the mode of passion (rajas guna) and it later emerges as anger.

  • The middle path is the golden path- Bhagavad Gita

Gita has cautioned that excess of everything is bad. Extremism is abhorred in Gita.
Lord Krishna in shlokas 6.16 and 6.17 states that those who are in the habit of eating or sleeping too much, or too little, cannot succeed in the practice of yoga. All sorrows of those who are regulated
in eating, sleeping, waking and recreation ; and perform their duties diligently, are mitigated by the practice of
    yoga.
Though these two shlokas are placed below the shlokas dealing with the meditation, they are certainly relevant for the yoga as a whole i.e. all the paths of self-realisation.

Leaders in any field of activity - be it politics, religion, business or any other field - have a very important role to play in their respective areas of work. Parents are the natural leaders of their children and a school teacher is a role model for his students.
Those placed in high positions hugely influence the general masses. Thus, they have a duty to instil a proper value system in the people in general. The leaders have to motivate and guide their followers ; and help them in realising their full potential. They have to enable them to do their best. The leaders have to channelise the energy of their followers in order to accomplish the larger purpose.
