पुलिस ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की रैली के पास "मोदी पकौड़ा'' बेच रहे करीब 12 छात्रों को हिरासत में ले लिया। सेक्टर 34 थाना प्रभारी बलदेव कुमार ने बताया, "हमने एहतियातन 10 से 12 छात्रों को हिरासत में लिया। हालांकि, रैली समाप्त होने के बाद उन्हें रिहा कर दिया गया।'' छात्र भाजपा प्रत्याशी किरण खेर के समर्थन में प्रधानमंत्री की एक रैली के स्थान के नजदीक प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और अपनी डिग्री इंजीनियरिंग, बीए और एलएलबी के नाम वाले पकौड़े बेच रहे थे
