You have mentioned to me what you are looking for. You are looking for a Committee and you are looking for strict action."
"We have already started work on both these fronts. So you can expect very strict action against the people who did this, and you can expect a detailed study done by a Committee on the issues of people from North East," Rahul Gandhi said.

In India's stride towards economic and technological progress, international cooperation is a vital aspect of its foreign policy. In its quest to make meaningful developmental contribution to various countries, India has launched a series of programs to enhance human resource potential, skill development and capacity building in diverse fields.
Myanmar, a nation with which India shares a long historical, cultural and religious bonding, is one of the participating countries in India's development cooperation projects, such as the Indian Technical and Economical Cooperation scholarship program (ITEC) launched in 1964, along with the Technical Cooperation Scheme (TCS), Mekong-Ganga Cultural Scholarship Scheme and the General Cultural Scholarship Scheme. Through through a wide variety of courses with dedicated teachers and systematic curricula, India shares its knowledge and expertise to build capacities of hundreds of Myanmarese citizens.

Through discourses in popular culture and at times even hard-lined divisiveness within the Islamic religion, stereotypical notions about Muslim women have perpetuated across centuries. They are projected as faceless and voiceless individuals of the society, trapped within age old traditions and the burqa. The film traces the lives of four Indian Muslim women, in pursuit of a self-identity. Their path to self-hood has been marked by access to education, the courage to defy societal norms and a supportive family structure that treats women at an equal footing with men. From a pilot, a radio jockey to an IAS officer, these four characters have charted varied routes for themselves. They provide an example of character to the rest of the population of Indian women rather than providing a singular, narrow-minded notion of a body trapped behind the veil.

Mast Qalandar
Sufism is practiced across India and provides sustenance, refuge and a sense of belonging to all the people regardless of their caste, creed or background. The Sufi mystics and saints are revered across the country and continue to attract followers because of their simple but powerful message of equality and love. They are also known for their poetry, songs and rituals. 'Mast Qalandar' traces the lives of three such Sufi saints in Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Assam, and explores their lives and teachings. These saints, who have spent their lives spreading love and peace for everyone, attract millions of followers from all religions, making them an important part of Indian spirituality.
