Asaram was booked under section 342 (wrongful confinement) of IPC, 376 (rape), 506 (criminal manslaughter) against Asaram. For some days, Asaram saved his life, but finally he was arrested from Indore on the night of 31 August. After this he was brought to Jodhpur by the aircraft.
