  • SC का निर्देश- राज्य सरकार तय करे दिवाली पर पटाखे जलाने का समय

    उच्चतम न्यायालय ने मंगलवार को दीपावली पर पटाखे फोडऩे के लिए रात आठ बजे से 10 बजे तक का समय तय करने संबंधी अपने आदेश में बदलाव किया। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि तमिलनाडु, पुड्डुचेरी जैसे स्थानों पर पटाखे फोडऩे के समय में बदलाव होगा लेकिन यह अवधि दिन में दो घंटे से अधिक नहीं होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार तय करेगी कि पटाखें 2 घंटे में कब चलाए जाएंगे। तमिलनाडु सरकार ने शीर्ष अदालत से अनुरोध किया था कि रात को आठ बजे से दस बजे तक पटाखे फोडऩे के तय समय के अलावा वह राज्य में धार्मिक परंपराओं के अनुरूप दीपावली के दिन सुबह के वक्त पटाखे फोडऩे की इजाजत दें।

    यू तो असत्य पर सत्य की जीत का पर्व दशहरा तो पूरे देह में मनाया जाता है पर यूपी के कौशाम्बी जिले के भरवारी कस्बे में दशहरा के 15 दिनों बाद आयोजित होने वाले दशहरा मेला में कुछ अलग ही नजारा रहता है यहां दशहरा मेला में रामदल के साथ हनुमान जी की सैकड़ो वर्ष पुरानी मूर्ति और छोटे छोटे बच्चों द्वारा खुद बनाकर और सजाकर निकाली जाने वाली चौकियों की अलग ही बात होती है, भरवारी कस्बे में शुक्रवार को आयोजित दशहरा मेला में रामदल श्रीराम लीला कमेटी की अगुवाई में निकाला गया। हनुमान जी की पूजा करने के बाद रामदल में जिले के डीएम मनीष कुमार वर्मा,एसपी प्रदीप गुप्ता और चायल विधायक संजय गुप्ता शामिल हुए, का भ्रमण करते हुए रामदल रावण मैदान पहुंचा और वहां पर भगवान श्रीराम ने रावण को मारकर असत्य पर सत्य के जीत करते हुए पत्नी सीता को हासिल किया, देर शाम निकली बच्चों द्वारा बनाई और निकाली गई सादी और रोशनी से जगमग चौकियां आकर्षण का केंद्र रही।
    चौकियों में शामिल कलाकारों ने एक से बढ़कर एक झांकी प्रस्तुत कर पूरे कस्बे को भक्तिमय कर दिया। इस दौरान बाल हनुमान, मां काली का रौद्र रूप समेत एक हाथ में भुजाली और दूसरे हाथ में खप्पर लेकर निकली मां काली का नृत्य देखकर हर कोई अचंभित हो गया। काली नृत्य देखने के लिए भीड़ इस कदर उमड़ी कि पूरे कस्बे में लोगों को सही से झांकी के इर्द-गिर्द खड़े होने की जगह तक नहीं बची थी। रामदल हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी पुरानी बाजार स्थित लक्ष्मीकांत बाजपेई के घर से निकाला गया था। रामदल में शामिल दर्जनों चौकियां निकाली गई। हनुमान जी की चौकी विशेष आकर्षण का केंद्र रही। रामदल का जगह-जगह लोगों ने स्वागत किया।

While the story behind Diwali and the manner of celebration of the festival differ greatly depending on the region, the essence of the festival remains the same - the celebration of life, its enjoyment and goodness.

    The word Diwali is derived from the Sanskrit term "Deepavali", which translates to "Rows of lamps". Based on the Hindu lunar calendar, Diwali falls between October and November on an Amavasya or moonless night. Celebrated as the victory of good over evil, the festival is associated with the legend of the Hindu god, Lord Ram's return to his kingdom Ayodhya, after 14 years in exile. The Demon king Ravan of Lanka had abducted Lord Ram's consort Sita only to invite his own death as a result. Lord Ram, along with his brother Laxman and an army of monkeys defeated and killed Ravan and returned to his kingdom with Sita. According to mythology the people of Ayodhya lit up clay lamps known as diyas to welcome him on his return from exile.
