अमेठी: आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन पर दर्ज हुआ दो प्रचार वाहनों पर मुक़दमा
अमेठी। प्रदेश में पंचायत चुनाव नजदीक आते ही जिला प्रशासन ने भी आचार संहिता के पालन कराने के लिए सख्ती दिखानी शुरू कर दी है। ताजा मामला अमेठी जिले का है जहां पर आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन करना जिला पंचायत सदस्य के 2 प्रत्याशियों को भारी पड़ गया। दोनों प्रत्याशी बिना आदेश के गाड़ी पर माइक लगा कर प्रचार कर रहे थे। 22 वार्ड संख्या से सुरेश कुमार पांडे और वार्ड संख्या 23 उमेश प्रताप सिंह के प्रचार वाहन पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया। इन दोनों प्रत्याशियों के वाहन क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान थानाध्यक्ष द्वारा पकड़ी गई। दोनों प्रत्याशियों के प्रचार वाहन पर धारा 171 H आईपीसी के तहत जामो थाना में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।

अमेठी। पंचायत चुनाव का ऐलान होते ही प्रदेश में आचार संहिता लागू कर दी गई है। वहीं अमेठी में चुनाव आचार संहिता की खुलेआम धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही हैं। सरकारी खंभे और दीवार पर टँगे बैनर-पोस्टर अधिकारियों की उदासीनता बयां कर रहे हैं। इतना ही नहीं जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर भी स्थानीय थाना सक्रिय नहीं हो रहा है। प्रशासनिक आदेशों की प्रत्याशी खिल्ली उड़ा रहे हैं। ये पोस्टर जामो थाना के ही अगल बगल और कस्बे के हैं।
