Una( Himachal)After the order of the Supreme Court, the Una administration has started taking strict action. In view of the festivals, storage, sale and use of only green firecrackers will be allowed in district Una during Dussehra and Diwali festivities. At the same time, there will be a complete ban on the storage and sale of ordinary firecrackers and strict action will be taken against the sellers selling such firecrackers. SDM Dr. Nidhi Patel has also issued orders for strict implementation and monitoring of these rules during the festive season under Sub-Division Una.

कानपुर मामले मे उत्तर प्रदेश के परिवहन राज्य मंत्री दयाशंकर सिंह ने कहा कि प्रदेश में कोई भी कानून व्यवस्था का उल्लंघन करेगा चाहे कोई भी व्यक्ति हो सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई होगी और किसी को भी कानून के साथ खिलवाड़ करने की छूट नहीं है इस पर माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी ने संज्ञान लिया है और सख्त कार्रवाई हो रही है किसी को भी बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून का राज्य स्थापित है कुछ अराजक तत्व जानबूझकर इस तरह की हरकत कर रहा है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में चुनाव की तारीखों की घोषणा होते ही सूबे के सभी जनपदों का जिला प्रशासन अलर्ट मोड़ पर आ गया है, अगर बात पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद मुज़फ्फरनगर की करे तो यहाँ पर 10 फ़रवरी को प्रथम चरण में चुनाव होना है, जिसको लेकर यहाँ के प्रशासन ने भी अपनी सभी तैयारियाँ पूरी कर ली है। रविवार को एक प्रेसवार्ता के माध्यम से जनपद के जिलाधिकारी चंद्रभूषण सिंह और एसएसपी अभिषेक यादव ने अपनी-अपनी तैयारीयों के बारे में मीडिया कर्मियों को जानकारी दी। जिलाधिकारी चंद्रभूषण सिंह की माने तो जनपद में प्रथम चरण में चुनाव होना है, जिसके चलते 14 जनवरी से यहाँ नामांकन होगा,10 फ़रवरी को मतदान और 10 मार्च को मतगणना। जिसके चलते चुनाव को लेकर हमारी सभी तैयारियाँ पूरी हो चुकी है और चुनाव में हमारी सबसे पहली प्राथमिकता रहेगी की अधिक से अधिक मतदाता मतदान करे, लेकिन अगर कोई भी गलत तरीके से मतदान करने का कार्य करेगा तो उसके विरुद्ध सख़्त से सख़्त कार्यवाही की जाएगी। इस बार 1 बूथ पर अधिकतम सँख्या 1250 निर्धारित की गई है, 1 घंटे पोलिंग का टाइम बढ़ा दिया गया है आने और जाने के रास्ते इस बार अलग अलग बनाये जा रहे है, कोविड को देखते हुए माक्स, सेनिटाइज और गलब्स की व्यवस्था सभी बूथों पर करवाई जा रही है। वहीं पुलिस की मानें तो पुलिस चुनाव को लेकर जिले भर में अब तक 238 अपराधियों को जिला बदर कर चुकी है और आगे 200 और अपराधियों को चिन्हित करके जिला बदर की कार्यवाई करने में लगी हुई है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने अपने कामकाज से बेहद सख्त प्रशासक की छवि बनाई है। इसका उन्हें लाभ भी मिल रहा है लेकिन कुछ लोग उनसे नाराज भी हैं।
योगी आदित्यनाथ ने पिछले साढ़े चार साल के कामकाज से अपनी बेहद सख्त प्रशासक की छवि बनाई है। विकास के अनेक कार्य करते हुए वे अपराधियों-आतंकियों के विरुद्ध बेहद कड़ी कार्रवाई करते रहे हैं। इसका उन्हें अच्छा लाभ भी मिला है और उनके प्रशंसक उनकी इस छवि को ही उनकी सबसे मजबूत ताकत भी मानते हैं। हालांकि, उनकी कार्यशैली ने समाज के कई वर्गों में उनके आलोचक भी तैयार कर दिए हैं जो चुनाव में नुकसान पहुंचा सकते हैं। अगर योगी को दोबारा उत्तर प्रदेश की सत्ता संभालनी है तो उन्हें इनसे पार पाना ही होगा।केंद्र सरकार ने मेडिकल कोटे में ओबीसी आरक्षण को मान्यता दे दी है। भाजपा ने यह दांव उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव में ओबीसी समुदाय के वोटरों को ध्यान में रखते हुए ही लिया है। लेकिन, आशंका है कि भाजपा का यह दांव उत्तर प्रदेश में ही उलटा पड़ सकता है। अनेक सवर्ण संगठन मेडिकल में भी ओबीसी आरक्षण लागू करने के विरोध में हैं। राज्य सरकार को इसका भी नुकसान उठाना पड़ सकता है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में शिवसेना के प्रदेश महासचिव अंकुर श्रीवातवा को मिली धमकी, जिसके बाद शिवसेना कार्यकर्ताओं में रोष है, दरसल उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ में शिवसेना प्रदेश महासचिव अंकुर श्रीवास्तव ने कुछ दिन पूर्व थाना गोमती नगर में एक धन गबन मामले के सन्दर्भ में FIR दर्ज करवाई थी, जिसके बाद दुसरे का पक्ष लेने वाले व्यक्ति का फ़ोन आता है और कहता है की :- मैं बीजेपी विधायक शैलेन्द्र सिंह शैलू का बेहद करीबी हूँ और मान जाओ नहीं तो कट्टा , बन्दूक और राइफल के साथ मिलूंगा।
इतना कहने के बाद यह बात उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में आग की तरह फ़ैल गई और शिवसेना कार्यकर्ताओं ने कार्यवाही की मांग की जिसके बाद थाना गोमती नगर एक्सटेंशन में विक्की पांडेय और अजीत श्रीवातव के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है, इस कर्म में शिवसेना प्रदेश प्रमुख ठाकुर अनिल सिंह का कहना है की बीजेपी को ऐसे गुंडागर्दी करने वाले नेताओं पर कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए और शिवसेना से टकराना इनके बस की बात नहीं , हम बाला साहिब ठाकरे के शिवसैनिक हैं : किसी अनजान व्यक्ति के लिए भी एकजुट हो जाते हैं और अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ते हैं तो फिर यह हमारे प्रदेश पदाधिकारी हैं इसलिए इस सन्दर्भ में शीघ्र लखनऊ कमिश्नर से शिवसेना प्रतिनिधि मंडल मिलेगा और आरोपियों पर सख्त कार्यवाही की मांग करेगा।

कश्मीर घाटी में आतंकवाद के बाद दूसरी बड़ी चुनौती नशे के तौर पर उभर कर सामने आई है। घाटी के कुछ इलाकों में नशे के कारोबार ने पैर पसार लिए हैं। इसी के चलते पुलवामा के पंपोर में अफीम की खेती करके नशे के धंधे को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। इसकी एक बानगी भर देखने को मिली है पंपोर के कोनीबल और लालपोरा के छतलाम गांव में। यहां सुनसान इलाके में पुलिस-प्रशासन की निगाहों से बचते हुए अफीम की खेती की जा रही है, जिसकी भनक लगते ही जिला प्रशासन ने 100 कनाल जमीन पर उगाई अफीम को उखाड़ दिया है।

कठुआ में लोन की रिकवरी न होने पर जेएंडके बैंक ने शहर के एक नर्सिग होम प्रबंधन के खिलाफ कड़ा रुख अख्तियार किया है। जेके बैंक के लॉ आफिसर की अगुवाई में बैंक के ब्रांच मैनेजर की मौजूदगी में नर्सिग होम के ऑपरेशन थियेटर और लैब को सीज कर दिया गया है। अस्पताल के कुछ हिस्से को सीज करते हुए बैंक अधिकारियों ने वहां तैनात स्टाफ के सदस्यों को भी बुलाया और उनके सामने कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया है। हालांकि इस दौरान मौके पर अस्पताल के संचालक मौजूद नहीं थे। लेकिन इसे लेकर नर्सिंग होम के कर्मचारियों में काफी मायूसी और बेबसी दिखी और उन्होंने हर तरफ से बैंक के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को रोकने की भी कोशिश की।

Bhumi Pednekar on reaction to Thank You For Coming, OMG 2, lack of gender equality, viewer hypocrisy
Bhumi Pednekar recently appeared in the comedy Thank You For Coming and the film invited some extreme reactions from the viewers. While some praised the film for its bold concept, some shamed it for that. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar, Bhumi spoke about the latter group of people and slammed them for the shaming. She expressed her disappointment towards people who didn’t criticise the film but its intent. The actress discussed the prevalent gender bias and how people never took offence when she was a part of such stories told from a male perspective. She pointed out how Pankaj Tripathi and Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 was supported by the same people who shamed her film, when somewhere they dealt with the same subject. Bhumi revealed if not getting any support from women within the industry disappointed her. She highlighted the hypocrisy of the situation that people accept objectification of women but have a problem with them talking about their sexuality. You can watch the entire conversation here.
