2 ജി സ്പെക്ട്രം അഴിമതിക്കേസുകളിലെ വിധിയില് മുന് ടെലികോംമന്ത്രി എ രാജയടക്കം കേസിലെ പ്രതിപട്ടികയിലുള്ളവരെയെല്ലാം കുറ്റവിമുക്തരാക്കി ജഡ്ജി ഒപി സാനിയുടെ ചുരുക്കിയ വിധി പുറത്തേക്ക്.3 കേസുകളിലാണ് പട്യാല പ്രത്യേക സിബിഐ കോടതി വിധി പറഞ്ഞത് കുറ്റപത്രം സമര്പ്പിച്ച് 7 വര്ഷത്തോടടുക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് നിര്ണായക വിധി.കുറ്റം തെളിയിക്കുന്നതില് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന് പരാജയപ്പെട്ടതായി കുറ്റപത്രം റദ്ദാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.രണ്ടാം യുപിഎ സര്ക്കാരിനെ പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലാക്കിയ അഴിമതിയാണ് 2 ജി സ്പെക്ട്രം.2 ജി സ്പെക്ട്രം ലേലം ചെയ്തതില് 1.76 ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപയുടെ അഴിമതി നടന്നായിട്ടായിരുന്നു ആരോപണം.ടെലികോം മന്ത്രിയായിരുന്ന എ രാജ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയെ അടക്കം തെറ്റിധരിപ്പിച്ച് ഇഷ്ടക്കാര്ക്ക് സ്പെക്ട്രം വഴിവിട്ട് അനുവദിച്ചുവെന്ന് സിബിഐ കണ്ടെത്തി. രാജയെ മന്ത്രിയാക്കാനായി കനിമൊഴി ഇടപെടല് നടത്തിയെന്നും ഇതിലൂടെ കലൈഞ്ജര് ടിവിക്ക് വേണ്ടി 200 കോടി രൂപ നേടിയെടുത്തുവെന്നും അന്വേഷണത്തില് കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
അമേരിക്കയിലെ വാട്ടര്ഗേറ്റിന് ശേഷം ലോകത്തെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ കൊടിയ അഴിമതിയെന്ന് ടൈം മാഗസിന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയ കേസിലാണ് സിബിഐ പ്രത്യേക കോടതി വിധി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്.
