बीती 14 और 15 मई को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो न्यायाधीश सेवानिवृत्त हो चुके हैं। 14 मई को जस्टिस दिनेश माहेश्वरी और अगले दिन ही 15 मई को जस्टिस एमआर शाह रिटायर हो चुके हैं। इनके रिटायर होने के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों की संख्या 34 से घटकर 32 रह गई थी। CJI डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ की अध्यक्षता वाले सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कॉलेजियम ने 2 नए जजों की नियुक्ति के लिए केंद्र सरकार के पास दो नामों की सिफारिश की थी। इनमें आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस प्रशांत कुमार मिश्रा और सीनियर एडवोकेट केवी विश्वनाथन का नाम शामिल था।

Supreme Court के Collegium की केंद्र सरकार को दो टूक, नियुक्ति के लिए जजों के नाम को किया जाए मंजूर
कॉलेजियम को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट और केंद्र सरकार के बीच विवाद बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। इस बार यह विवाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों की नियुक्ति को लेकर है। दरअसल सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम ने दो नाम सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीशों के रूप में नियुक्त करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार के पास भेजे थे। हालांकि इससे पहले जो 5 नाम जजों के तौर पर नियुक्त करने के लिए केंद्र के पास भेजे थे वो भी अभी तक पेंडिंग ही है। कॉलेजियम ने इस बार जो दो नाम सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों के रूप में नियुक्ति करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार के पास भेजे हैं उसमें इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायमूर्ति राजेश बिंदल और गुजरात उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायमूर्ति अरविंद कुमार शामिल हैं।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम और केंद्र सरकार के बीच तकरार बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। कॉलेजियम के मसले पर केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को एक चिट्ठी लिख कर कहा था कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाई कोर्ट के कॉलेजियम में केंद्र सरकार के प्रतिनिधियों को भी शामिल किया जाए। अभी कॉलेजियम का मसला हल ही नहीं हुआ था कि एक और समस्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने आ खड़ी हुई है। ये ऐसा मसला है जो आज तक कभी नहीं पनपा था। बता दें इस बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में एक गे वकील यानी समलैंगिक एडवोकेट को जज नियुक्त करने पर अड़ा हुआ है और केंद्र सरकार इसका विरोध कर रही है।

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) : Unemployment is increasing continuously in Himachal, despite this, even after passing the commission, not getting an appointment is a question on the functioning of the government and the department. Hundreds of language teachers are troubled by not getting jobs even after passing the commission in the state.
शिमला। हिमाचल मे बेरोजगारी लगातार बढ़ रही है, बावजूद इसके कमीशन पास करने के बाद भी नियुक्ति ना मिलना सरकार व विभाग की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल है। प्रदेश में कमीशन पास करने के बाद भी नौकरी ना मिलने से सैकड़़ों भाषा अध्यापक परेशान हैं। शिक्षा विभाग की लापरवाही इन भाषा अध्यापकों पर भारी पड़ रही है और अब स्कूलों में पिछले दो माह से इन्हें नियुक्ति ही नहीं मिल पा रही। 200 भाषा अध्यापक ऐसे हैं, जिन्होंने हाल ही में कमीशन की परीक्षा पास की है, लेकिन अब स्कूलों में पद खाली ना होने के कारण इन्हें नियुक्ति ही नहीं मिल रही। 12 जिलों में से केवल चार जिलों में ही 29 भाषा अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति हो पाई है और बाकि बचे अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति कब होगी, इस बारे अभी कोई भी स्पष्टीकरण नहीं है। वहीं, कमीशन पास करने वाले रुद्र मणि ने कहा कि नियुक्ति ना मिलने पर परीक्षा पास कर चुके लोगों में भारी रोष व्याप्त है। उनका कहना है कि हिमाचल के इतिहास में पहली बार हुआ है कि कमीशन पास करने के बाद भी नियुक्ति नही दी जा रही है और उन्हें इसके लिए सीएम जयराम ठाकुर से मिलना पड़ रहा है। परीक्षा परिणाम 12 नवंबरए 2021 को घोषित किया गया था। उसके बाद केवल चार जिलों में लोगों को नियुक्ति दी गई है जबकि 8 जिलों में परीक्षा पास करके भी भाषा अध्यापक नियुक्ति के लिए तरस रहे हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 के मद्देनजर सभी पार्टियां तैयारी में जुट गई हैं इसको लेकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी में कई बड़े चेहरों का फेर बदल देखा जा रहा है और संगठन के रिक्त पदों को भरा जा रहा है। जिसे लेकर कार्यकर्ताओं में काफी हलचल देखी जा रही थी पिछले 1 महीने से यह हलचल जिम्मेदारियों को लेकर थी जो कल देर शाम सभी जिले में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पद के नियुक्ति के बाद बधाई और हर्ष उल्लास में देखने को मिली है। इसी क्रम में गोरखपुर से भाजपा नेता कमलेश्वर सिंह को किसान मोर्चा का प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तथा संजय गौर को अनुसूचित जनजाति मोर्चा का प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किए जाने पर जनपद में भाजपाइयों के बीच हर्षोउल्लास देखने को मिला है।
बता दें कि कामेश्वर सिंह 1980 से संघ स्वयंसेवक तथा अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद के संगठन मंत्री के रूप में काम कर रहे थे। 1996 भारतीय जनता पार्टी युवा मोर्चा के प्रदेश मंत्री नियुक्त किए गए और आगे चलकर 2001 से 10 तक भारतीय जनता पार्टी प्रदेश कार्यसमिति सदस्य रहे 2012 में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के क्षेत्रीय उपाध्यक्ष गोरखपुर क्षेत्र पद पर रहे उसके बाद 2016 में भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष केशव प्रसाद मौर्य की टीम में प्रदेश मंत्री रहे 2018 में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉक्टर महेंद्र नाथ पांडे की टीम में प्रदेश मंत्री का कार्यभार संभाला इसके उपरांत मऊ जनपद के जिला प्रभारी बनाए गए और वर्तमान में 2021 में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष स्वतंत्र देव सिंह के नेतृत्व में किसान मोर्चा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बनाए गए हैं ।

दिल्ली के स्वास्थय मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं। दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल नजीब जंग ने जाते-जाते सत्येंद्र जैन की बेटी सौम्या जैन के स्वास्थ्य विभाग में सलाहकार नियुक्त करने का मामला सीबीआई को सौंप दिया है।
... दरअसल मोहल्ला क्लीनिक प्रोजेक्ट में सौम्या जैन को सलाहकार के तौर पर नियुक्त किया गया था जिस पर बीजेपी और कांग्रेस ने खूब शोर-शराबा मचाया और राज्य सरकार पर सवाल खड़े किए थे। जिसके बाद एलजी ऑफिस ने सौम्या की नियुक्ति से संबंधित फाइलें अपने पास मंगवाई थी। जिसके बाद अब एलजी की ओर से मामले में जांच की कई वजहें बताते हुए एक पत्र सीबीआई को भेजा गया है। पत्र में पूरे मामले का विस्तार से ब्योरा दिया गया है।

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल बिपिन रावत की नियुक्ति को लेकर जारी विवाद के बीच सरकार ने विपक्षी दलों के सवालों का जवाब दिया है...रक्षा मंत्रालय का कहना है कि निर्णय पूरी तरह से योग्यता के आधार पर लिया गया है... उत्तर भारत में सैन्य बलों के पुनर्गठन, पश्चिम से जारी आतंकवाद व छद्म युद्ध और पूर्वोत्तर में उभरती चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए बिपिन रावत सबसे सक्षम जनरल पाए गए। रावत का सैन्य ऑपरेशन में अनुभव और ‘सक्रियता’ उनके पक्ष में रही..आपको बता दें कि कांग्रेस और वाम दलों ने बिपिन रावत की नियुक्ति पर सवाल उठाया है. कांग्रेस नेता मनीष तिवारी ने ट्विटर पर सवाल उठाते हुए पूछा कि आर्मी चीफ की नियुक्ति में वरिष्ठता का ख्याल क्यों नहीं रखा गया? क्यों लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल प्रवीण बख्शी और लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मोहम्मद अली हरीज की जगह बिपिन रावत को प्राथमिकता दी गई. पूर्वी सेना के कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल प्रवीण बख्शी सेना प्रमुख जनरल दलबीर सिंह के बाद सबसे वरिष्ठ है. दक्षिणी सेना कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल हारीज अगले सबसे वरिष्ठ हैं. इस पर सरकार ने कहा कि नियुक्ति सुरक्षा हालातों और आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर की गई है..यहां आपको बता दें लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल बिपिन रावत प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की पसंद हैं. दरसअल, पिछले साल म्यांमार में नगा आतंकियों के खिलाफ की गई सफल सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के बाद से ही वे पीएम की निगाहों में आ गए थे
