सिद्धार्थनगर जिले के बर्डपुर विकास खंड के गांव परसा के अंतर्गत टोला सिसहनिंया में नालियों की व्यवस्था साफ सफाई एवं सड़क निर्माण कार्य शून्य पर है। इतना ही नहीं ग्रामीण इस कदर परेशान है कि उन्होंने सफाई व्यवस्था खुद अपने कंधों पर उठा रखी है यहां तक कि ग्रामीण हर घर से चंदा इकट्ठा करके नाली एवं सड़क का निर्माण कार्य खुद मिलकर कर रहे हैं।ताजा मामला बर्डपुर विकासखंड के टोला सिसहनिंया का है जहां पर वीडियो में ग्रामीण हर घर से चंदा मांगते दिखाई दे रहे हैं वहीं ग्रामीण खुद नालियां साफ करते हुए एवं सड़क का निर्माण करते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि ग्राम प्रधान कभी इस गांव में झांकने तक नहीं आया वही कुछ संभ्रांत स्थानीय निवासी कहते हैं कि जब ग्राम प्रधान काम नहीं कर रहा है तो खुद ही सफाई एवं सड़क निर्माण का बीड़ा उठा लेंगे।
स्थानीय निवासियों का यह भी कहना है कि इस गांव में कुल 3 सफाई कर्मी तैनात हैं जिनमें से एक सफाई कर्मी विकलांग है और दूसरा और तीसरा सफाई कर्मी कभी काम पर ही नहीं आया। कुल मिलाकर तीनों सफाई कर्मी इस गांव से नदारद है। ऐसे में गांव के लोगों की समस्या बरकरार है।जब इस संदर्भ में ग्राम प्रधान से बात की गई तो उन्होंने कैमरे पर आने से सीधे तौर पर मना कर दिया। वहीं जिलाधिकारी से पूछने पर उन्होंने बताया कि मामला संज्ञान में आया है, डीपीआरओ एवं एडीओ पंचायत को निर्देशित किया गया है कि सफाई कर्मियों के कार्यों की समीक्षा एवं नियंत्रण करें।

भाजपा के उत्तर पूर्वी जिले के महामंत्री संजय त्यागी ने दिल्ली सरकार पर बुराड़ी विधानसभा के कुछ मुद्दों को लेकर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। संजय त्यागी का आरोप है कि बुराड़ी विधानसभा में जो सड़क कंक्रीट या तारकोल की बननी थी उस सड़क को ईंटों से बना दिया गया। साथ ही इन ईंटो की सप्लाई करने वाली कंपनी पर भी आरोप लगाते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं के रिश्तेदारों की ये कम्पनी भाजपा नेता ने बताई। साथ ही बुराड़ी विधानसभा के तालाबों की बदहाली का भी मुद्दा संजय त्यागी ने उठाया।

सड़कों को किसी भी क्षेत्र की भाग्यरेखा कहा जाता है। जिसके रख-रखाव और नए सिरे से बनाने के लिए सरकारें समय-समय पर पैसा भी आवंटित करती हैं और टेंडर लेने वाले ठेकेदार उसे बनाते भी हैं। लेकिन हद तब हो जाती है जब पैसा लेने के बाद भी ठेकेदार सड़कों को ठीक ढंग से नहीं बनाते। ऐसा ही मामला जिला सांबा से सामने आया है।

રસ્તાના કામોમાં જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે ભારે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર
ભાવનગર જિલ્લાના જૈનોના પવિત્ર તીર્થ એવા પાલિતાણાના સોનગઢ રોડ પર જૈન સાધુ-સાધ્વીજીઓના વિહાર માટે બનાવવામાં આવેલ પગદંડીના કામને પણ ભ્રષ્ટાચારનો એરૂ આભડી ગયો અને આ પગદંડીનું કામ સાવ હલકી કક્ષાનું કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ અંગેનો વીડિયો વાયરલ થતા આ તંત્ર દ્વારા આ પગદંડી તોડી પાડવાની ફરજ પડી છે.
સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં જેનું નામ છે તેવા જૈનોના પવિત્ર તીર્થ પાલિતાણામાં વર્ષ દરમિયાન હજારો યાત્રિકો, સાધુ ભગવંતો, સાધ્વીજી ભગવંતો આવતા હોય છે. પાલિતાણા ખાતે જૈનોના દરેક સાધુ વિહાર દરમિયાન પાલિતાણા આવતા હોય છે. વર્ષ દરમિયાન હજારો સાધુઓ સાધ્વીજીઓ વિહાર કરતા કરતા પાલિતાણા આવતા હોય છે, ત્યારે વારંવાર તેમના અકસ્માતની ઘટનાઓ બનતી હોય છે. આમ વિહાર દરમિયાન માર્ગો પર તેમની સુરક્ષા અને સલામતીને લઈને સરકાર દ્વારા સોનગઢથી પાલિતાણા સુધી પગદંડી બનાવવામાં આવી. કરોડોના ખર્ચે સોનગઢથી પાલિતાણા સુધી નવો ફોર ટ્રેક રોડ બનાવવામાં આવ્યો અને એકબાજુ વિહાર માટે પગદંડી બનાવવામાં આવી.
જો કે આ પગદંડીમાં લાખોનો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર આચરવામાં આવ્યો અને જે પગદંડી બનાવવામાં આવી, તેમાં સાવ હલકી કક્ષાનું મટિરિયલ વાપરવામાં આવ્યું હોવાનું જણાઈ રહ્યું છે. હજુ તો પગદંડી બની જ છે ત્યાં જ હાથ મૂકો ત્યાં માટીના ગાબડા નીકળી રહ્યા હોય તેવો વીડિયો કોઈ જાગૃત નાગરિક દ્વારા વાયરલ કરવામાં આવતા તંત્ર જાગ્યું અને આ રોડના કામની તપાસ કરવામાં આવી. આર એન્ડ બીના અધિકારીઓએ જઈ આ પગદંડીના કામકાજની રૂબરૂ તપાસ કરી ત્યારે ખરેખર આ કામમાં મોટા ગોટાળા જોવા મળ્યા. પગદંડીમાં માત્ર રેતી કપચી જ વાપરવામાં આવી હોય, તેમ આ પગદંડીને પાટુ મારો ત્યાં મોટા ગાબડાઓ નીકળી રહ્યા છે. પગદંડીના કામમાં લોટપાણીને લાકડા જેવું કામ જોવા મળ્યું. જેને લઈને લાખોના ખર્ચે બનાવવામાં આવેલ પગદંડી પાલિતાણાથી ઘોડીઢાળ સુધી નબળી કક્ષાનું કામ થયું હોવાના કારણે તોડી પાડવામાં આવી.
ત્યારે સવાલ એ થાય છે કે જે જિલ્લાના રાજ્યમાં બે-બે મંત્રીઓ હોય અને જેમાંથી એક કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી મનસુખભાઇ માંડવીયા પાલિતાણા તાલુકાના હોય અને તેવો વારંવાર આ રોડ પરથી પસાર થતા હોય, ત્યારે આંખે દેખાય તેવો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર ખુલ્લેઆમ કોની રહેમ નજર હેઠળ આચરવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે તે સમજાતું નથી. શુ આમાં બધાની ભાગ બટાઈ છે? પ્રજાના પરસેવાની કમાણી આ રીતે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર આચરીને છડેચોક ઉડાડવામાં આવી રહી છે. કામ નબળું છે તે એક આમ માଏହି ଭାବରେ Khabarchhe | 6629 ଦୃଶ୍ୟସଂଖ୍ୟା

ભાવનગરના પાલીતાણા તાલુકામાં થઈ રહેલા વિકાસના તેમજ સરકારી કામોમાં કોન્ટ્રક્ટરોને ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કરવાનો પરવાનો આપી દેવામાં આવ્યો હોય તેમ એક પછી એક એમ સરકારી કામોમાં થયેલા ભ્રષ્ટાચાર સામે આવી રહ્યા છે. રંડોળા ગામના સ્થાનિકો દ્વારા ગામમાં બનેલા RCC કામમાં કેવો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર થયો છે તેને ખુલ્લો પાડ્યો હતો. અધિકારીઓનું કામ હવે જાગૃત પ્રજા કરી રહી છે ત્યારે હવે ભ્રષ્ટાચારીઓ સામે તપાસ અને કાર્યવાહી થાય છે કે કેમ?
પાલીતાણા તાલુકામાં અનેક જગ્યાઓ પર લાખો અને કરોડો રૂપિયાના થઈ રહેલા કામોમાં ભારે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર આચરવામાં આવી રહ્યાની ફરિયાદો ઊઠી છે. નમાલા અને ભ્રષ્ટ અધિકારીઓની મિલીભગતથી આચરવામાં આવી રહેલા ભ્રષ્ટાચારને હવે જાગૃત પ્રજા વિવિધ માધ્યમો થકી ઉજાગર કરી રહી છે. જનતા સોશિયલ મીડિયા કે અન્ય મીડિયાના માધ્યમથી આવા ગેરરીતિ આચરીને કરવામાં આવેલ કામોને ખુલ્લા પાડી રહ્યા છે. હજુ બે દિવસ પહેલા જ જાગૃત નાગરિક દ્વારા પાલીતાણા-સોનગઢ રોડ પર બનાવવામાં આવેલી પગદંડીમાં થયેલા ભ્રષ્ટાચારનો વીડિઓ વાયરલ કરતા તંત્રમાં દોડધામ મચી ગઈ હતી અને તાકીદે આ પગદંડી તોડી પાડવામાં આવી. જો કે જનતા એક પછી એક એમ આવા કામોનો ખુલાસો કરી રહી છે.
પાલીતાણા તાલુકાના રંડોળા ગામમાં હજુ બે મહિના પહેલા ગામના બસ સ્ટેન્ડથી લઈ મઢડા રોડ સુધી RCC રોડનું કામકાજ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જો કે હવે આ RCC રોડ છે કે ધૂળિયો રોડ તે તો દૃશ્યો પરથી નક્કી કરી જ શકાય છે. દૃશ્યોમાં જે દેખાય છે તે બે મહિના પહેલા જ બનાવેલ RCC રોડ છે અને આ દાદા જે ઉઠાવી રહ્યા છે તે સિમેન્ટ છે કે માટી તે જોઈ જ શકાય છે. ત્યારે હવે ભ્રષ્ટાચારમાં કોન્ટ્રાક્ટરો જાણે હરીફાઈ કરી રહ્યા હોય તેમ અહીં તો RCCમાંથી સિમેન્ટનો C જ ગાયબ કરી દીધો. આમાં માત્ર રેતી જ વાપરવામાં આવી છે સિમેન્ટ તો ક્યાંય દેખાતી નથી. હવે તમે નજરે જોશો ત્યાં જ કેટલો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર થયો છે તે કહી શકો છે, પરંતુ આ રોડના બિલ પાસ કરનાર અધિકારીઓને આ કેમ નથી દેખાતું?
જો કે હવે અધિકારીઓને આ દેખાવું હોય તો દેખાય પણ હવે લોકો જાગૃત થયા છે તે ચોક્કસ છે કારણ કે લોકો જ એકપછી એક એમ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર સામે લાવી રહ્યા છે. અહિંયા પણ મીડિયાની ટીમને બોલાવીને લોકોએ આ કામમાં થયેલ ભ્રષ્ટાચારને ખુલ્લો પાડ્યો છે. ત્યારે હવે લાગે છે કે કદાચ આ અહેવાલ પ્રસારિત થયા પછી અધિકારીઓની નજર સામે આ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર આવે.
