बांदा में गुरुवार को विशेष डकैती कोर्ट ने 15 साल से चल रहे एसटीएफ के जघन्य सामूहिक हत्याकांड मामले में 13 मुल्जिमों को आजीवन कारावास व आर्थिक दंड की सजा सुनाई है. 22 जुलाई 2007 को फतेहगंज थाना क्षेत्र के बघोलन गांव के जंगल में दस्यु अंबिका पटेल उर्फ ठोकिया गैंग द्वारा मुठभेड़ से लौट रहे एसटीएफ जवानों की गाड़ियों में अंधाधुंध गोलियां चलाई गईं थी. जिसमें 7 एसटीएफ के जवानों की मौत हो गयी थी. वहीं 8 जवान घायल भी हुए थे.आपको बता दें कि घटना 22 जुलाई 2007 की है जब चित्रकूट में डकैतों का बड़ा आतंक था. आईपीएस अमिताभ यस अपनी एसटीएफ टीम के साथ चित्रकूट के जंगलों में डेरा डाले हुए थे. और डकैतों के सफाया के लिए मिशन छेड रखा था. इस दौरान एसटीएफ और डकैतों के बीच कई बार मुठभेड़ भी हुई थी. पाठा के कुख्यात डकैत शिव कुमार पटेल उर्फ ददुआ को एसटीएफ टीम द्वारा एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया गया था. उसके बाद लगातार ही डकैतों के सफाये के लिए एसटीएफ की टीम काम कर रही थी. इसी दौरान मैयादीन पटेल डकैत जो कि ठोकिया गैंग का सक्रिय सदस्य था. जिसका एनकाउंटर कर एसटीएफ की टीम लौट रही थी उसी दौरान घात लगाकर बैठे कुख्यात डकैत अंबिका पटेल उर्फ ठोकिया गैंग द्वारा रात 10 बजे जंगल में घेरकर फतेहगंज थाना क्षेत्र के बघोलन गांव के पास गाड़ियों में बैठे एसटीएफ जवानों पर गोलियों की बौछार कर दी थी. जिससे गाड़ी में बैठे 7 एसटीएफ के जवानों की मौत हो गयी थी. वही इस घटना में 8 जवान गोली लगने से घायल हो गये थे. 7 महीने तक पुलिस द्वारा सर्चिंग अभियान चलाया गया जिसके बाद 16 लोगों को चिन्हित किया गया. जिनको वारदात का मुख्य आरोपी पाया गया था. सभी हत्यारोपी डकैतों में 2 नाबालिग और 14 अन्य लोगों को चिन्हित किया गया जिसमें डकैत अंबिका पटेल की पुलिस एनकाउंटर में मौत हो चुकी है. वहीं दो नाबालिगों का केस चित्रकूट में चल रहा है. वही 13 मुल्जिमों को गुरुवार को 15 साल बाद विशेष डकैती न्यायालय बांदा में आजीवन कारावास और आर्थिक दंड की सजा सुनाई गई है.

यूपी के कौशाम्बी ज़िले में एडीजे प्रथम शिवानंद सिंह की अदालत ने 2017 में हुए हत्या के एक मामले में चार दोषियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। कोर्ट ने दोषियों पर 25 हजार का अर्थदंड भी लगाया है। कोर्ट ने एक अन्य आरोपी को सबूत के अभाव में बाइज्जत बरी कर दिया है।घटनाक्रम के मुताबिक 23 नवम्बर 2017 को करारी थाना क्षेत्र के रसूलपुर सोनी गांव में जमीन को लेकर एक विवाद हो गया था। इस विवाद में आरोपी राजू, गंगा प्रसाद , बाबुल और टिर्रा ने बच्चा लाल को लाठी-डंडों से पीटकर मौत के घाट उतार दिया था। मामले की शिकायत मृतक के बेटे राहुल प्रजापति ने करारी थाने पुलिस से किया था। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज करते हुए सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट न्यायालय में प्रेषित किया। अपर जिला जज प्रथम शिवानंद सिंह ने मुक़दमी की सुनवाई करते हुए फैसला सुनाया है। अपर शासकीय अधिवक्ता अनिरुद्ध कुमार मिश्रा ने न्यायालय के सामने कुल 9 गवाहों का परीक्षण करवाया। सारे गवाहों के बयान और साक्ष्यों के आधार पर न्यायालय ने अभियुक्त राजू, गंगा प्रसाद पासवान और बाबुल को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाते हुए 25 -25 हजार रुपये का अर्थदंड भी लगाया है। इससे साथ ही न्यायालय ने आरोपी टिर्रा को सबूतों के अभाव में बइज्जत बरी कर दिया है।

पुंछ जिला अदालत ने बीएसएफ जवान की निर्मम के हत्या के एक मामले में दोषियों के खिलाफ उम्र कैद की सजा का ऐलान कर दिया है। हत्याकांड को अंजाम देने वाले चारों दोषियों को कोर्ट ने सजा के साथ-साथ दस-दस हजार रुपए जुर्माना अदा करने का भी आदेश दिया है। हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तार चारों आरोपियों को कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच जिला सेशन जज जुबेर अहमद रजा के सामने पेश किया गया। इस दौरान दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद सेशन जज ने चारों को दोषी करार देते हुए उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई। वहीं सजा सुनाने के फौरन बाद ही पुलिस ने चारों दोषियों इश्तेयाक अहमद, अतीक अहमद, जाकिर हुसैन और उलफत बी को हिरासत में लेकर सलाखों के पीछे डाल दिया है।
