एक तरफ बरसात के मौसम में तेज गर्मी का लोग सामना कर रहे हैं तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ सरकारी अस्पताल रियासी में सुविधाओं का आभाव है , जिस कारण मरीजों को परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही है। करोड़ों की इमारत में बिजली की किल्लत के चलते मरीजों को समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। गर्मी के मौसम में कई कई घंटे अस्पताल से बिजली गुल रहती है।

गांदरबल में बदहाल स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के चलते लोगों को इलाज के लिए महरूम रहना पड़ रहा है। ताजा वाकया प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र गुटलीबाग में सामने आया है। यहां स्वास्थ्य विभाग में मची अंधेरगर्दी का एक और नमूना सामने आया है। दरअसल कुछ दिनों से यहां मरीज सुबह दस बजे से लेकर 11 बजे तक डॉक्टर के इंतजार में बैठे रहते हैं, लेकिन डॉक्टर की लेटलतीफी की बदौलत उन्हें खाली कुर्सियों के सहारे बैठना पड़ता है। स्थानीय लोगों की भी शिकायत है कि डॉक्टर्स के वक्त पर न आने से मरीज बिना चेकअप करवाए ही लौट रहे हैं, तो वहीं आपात स्थिति में यहां डॉक्टर का न मिलने भी काफी परेशानी भरा है।
