Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh): River Ganga has started flowing above danger mark in UP’s Varanasi. Locals started shifting to safer places. Incessant rains led to overflow of River Ganga. Water of River Ganga also crossed danger mark at 294.450 metres in Haridwar.
