अशोक विहार वार्ड में ढोल नगाड़ों के साथ पर्चा दाखिल करने जा रहे ये बीजेपी के मंडल अध्यक्ष हैं -इनके साथ चल रही यह भीड़ साफ़ ईशार कर रही है की इस वार्ड में बीजेपी उम्मीदवार योगेश वर्मा की उम्मीदवारी का विरोध कितना है --इनका कहना है की पार्टी ने बाहरी वार्ड के उस शख्स को टिकट दिया है जिसकी पहचान डॉ नागपाल के सहयोगी के रुप में है -- इनकी नाराजगी यहाँ के पूर्व विधायक और निवर्तमान निगम पार्षद डॉ महेन्द्र नागपाल से भी है --ये अपने आपको असली बीजेपी बता रहे हैं और दावा कर रहे हैं की यहाँ की बीजेपी कार्यकर्त्ता ही संदीप चौटाला को चुनाव में विजयी बनाएंगे
बीजेपी ने इस वार्ड से एडवोकेट योगेश वर्मा को टिकट दिया है --योगेश वर्मा बीजेपी से कई सालों से जुड़े रहे हैं साथ ही डॉ महेन्द्र नागपाल के हर चुनाव की कमान भी संभालते रहे हैं --संदीप चौटाला के इस विरोध को डॉ नागपाल और योगेश वर्मा क्षणिक प्रतिक्रिया भर मान रहे हैं --इनका मानना है की ये सभी कार्यकर्ताएं फिर एक साथ होंगे।
