दिल्ली में शाहिदा को दो बच्ची पैदा होने के बाद पति ने दिया फोन पर दो बार तलाक और दूसरी लडकी से शादी का आरोप .. 28 साल की तलाक पीडिता अपनी और अब दूसरी शादी का निकाहनामा लेकर घूम रही है इन्साफ के लिए .... पीडिता का आरोप पुलिस ने कहा आपके धर्म में चार शादी हो सकती है इसमें पुलिस कुछ नही करेगी . आज के कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद शाहिदा ने कहां मुझे मेरा पति चाहिए .... ये है दिल्ली के अलीपुर इलाके में रहने वाली शाहिदा ( बदला हुआ नाम ) की शादी धूम धाम से 02 नवम्बर 2008 को दिल्ली के अलीपुर गाँव के एक गाँव से उसी इलाके में करीब पांच किलोमीटर दूर दुसरे गाँव में हुई .. शाहिदा ( बदला हुआ नाम ) ने ओपरेशन के जरिए दो लडकियों को भी जन्म दियाoleh AA News | 266 dilihat
Triple Talaq and Supreme Court : सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अब तक की सबसे अनोखी सुनवाई
अब देश के उच्चतम कोर्ट, यानी कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक बेहद ही संवेदनशील मुद्दे पर एक ऐसी सुनवाई शुरू हो गयी है....जो आपने ना कभी देखी होगी....ना ही सुनी होगी....तीन तलाक जैसे विवादास्पद मुद्दे पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच सदस्यीय संविधान बेंच ने गुरुवार से ऐतिहासिक सुनवाई शुरू की । कोर्ट इस बात पर विचार करेगा कि क्या ट्रिपल तलाक मुसलमानों के मूल अधिकार का हिस्सा है? हालांकि, अदालत ने शुरुआत में ही साफ कर दिया कि वह बहुविवाह के मुद्दे पर विचार नहीं करेगी। कोर्ट ने यह कहते हुए इनकार कर दिया कि बहु विवाह का मुद्दा ट्रिपल तलाक से संबंधित नहीं है।
मामले पर जिरह के दौरान याचिकाकर्ताओं ने कहा कि अगर ट्रिपल तलाक इस्लाम का मूलभूल हिस्सा होता तो बहुत सारे मुस्लिम देशों ने इस पर बैन नहीं लगाया होता। इस पर कोर्ट ने कहा कि वह उन कानूनों पर नजर डालेगा, जिन्हें ट्रिपल तलाक बैन करने वाले देशों ने लागू किया है।अदालत में दाखिल विभिन्न याचिकाओं में तीन तलाक, निकाह हलाला और बहुविवाह को मूलभूत अधिकारों का हनन बताया गया है।
कोर्ट ने कहा, 'अगर हम इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचते हैं कि ट्रिपल तलाक धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता से जुड़े मौलिक अधिकार का हिस्सा है तो हम कोई दखल नहीं देंगे।' तीन महीने के अंतराल पर दिए जाने वाले तलाक पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। बता दें कि इस मामले पर सुनवाई कर रही सुप्रीम कोर्ट की इस बेंच में जस्टिस कुरियन जोसफ, आरएफ नरीमन, यूयू ललित और अब्दुल नजीर भी शामिल हैं। सभी जज अलग-अलग धर्म से ताल्लुक रखते हैं।oleh Delhi Darpan TV | 194 dilihat
