उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी अवैध निर्माण अब सरकार के टारगेट हैं। लखनऊ के विख्यात अमीनाबाद में पार्क में बने अवैध निर्माण पर गुरुवार को नगर निगम का बुलडोजर चला है। यहां के अमीनाबाद पार्क प्रांगण में प्राचीन हनुमान मंदिर की आड़ में अवैध मार्केट बनाया जा रहा था। नगर निगम जोन-वन क्षेत्र में मंदिर के आड़ में बन रहे अवैध मार्केट पर बुलडोजर चलाया गया है।अमीनाबाद के घंटाघर पार्क में अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ नगर निगम ने गुरु वार को कार्रवाई की। चार बुलडोजर की मदद से यहां बनी अवैध दुकानों को तोड़ा गया । दुकानों को तोड़े जाने के दौरान भारी भीड़ एकत्र हो गई थी और अवैध निर्माण कराने वाले भी मौजूद थे और उन्होंने पहले विरोध किया लेकिन भारी मात्रा में पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी से वे शांत हो गए। पुलिस ने अवैध निर्माण कराने वाले अशोक पाठक के भाई व एक अन्य को हिरासत में लेकर अमीनाबाद थाने भेज दिया। करीब चालीस दुकानों का निर्माण यहां कर लिया गया था और नगर निगम लंबे समय तक कागजी कार्रवाई ही चल रही थी, जिस कारण यहां अवैध निर्माण होता ही रहा।पार्षद सुनीता सिंघल और उनके पति विनोद कृष्ण सिंघल अवैध निर्माणों की शिकायत कर रहे थे। अशोक पाठक ने हनुमान मंदिर की आड़ में पार्क में अवैध तरीके से मार्केट बनाई थी। यहां अमीनाबाद के पुराने हनुमान मंदिर परिसर में बुलडोजर चला कर कभी भू-माफिया घोषित अशोक पाठक के अवैध मार्केट को जमींदोज कर दिया गया है।यहां लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण ने अवैध निर्माण को बंद कराया था लेकिन फिर भी निर्माण जारी रहा। नगर निगम की तरफ से अवैध निर्माण करने वालों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराने के बाद भी अमीनाबाद थाने की पुलिस हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठी रही और अवैध निर्माण जारी रहा। अवैध निर्माण कराने वाले अशोक पाठक ने मंदिर के नीचे भी बेसमेंट भी बना लिया था।अवैध निर्माणों को तोडऩे के लिए नगर निगम में हर दिन पत्रावली मोटी होती जा रही है लेकिन प्रवर्तन से जुड़े अधिकारी आगे की कोई कार्रवाई करने में पीछे हट रहे हैं।

लखनऊ के सबसे भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाके अमीनाबाद के गूईंन रोड पर शुक्रवार को भीषण आग लग गयी। एक लस्सी की दुकान से फैली आग ने पूरी बिल्डिंग को चपेट में ले लिया। सूचना पर दमकल की 8 गाड़ियां पहुँची। करीब तीन घंटे बाद किसी तरह आग पर काबू पाया जा सका।सीएफओ विजय सिंह ने बताया कि गुईन रोड पर नाज कॉम्प्लेक्स के बाहर बाबा लस्सी कॉर्नर है। इसी लस्सी की दुकान में अज्ञात कारण से आग लग गयी। पलक झपकते ही आग कॉम्प्लेक्स तक पहुँच गई। देखते-देखते कॉम्प्लेक्स की कई दुकानें धू-धू कर जलने लगी। जानकारी मिलते ही सभी फायर स्टेशन से गाड़ियां रवाना की गई। लेकिन गुईन रोड पर हर वक़्त लगने वाले जाम की वजह से बड़ी मुश्किल से दमकल घटनास्थल तक पहुँच पाई।
नाज कॉम्प्लेक्स में स्टेशनरी की बड़ी मार्किट है। यहाँ से होल सेल का कारोबार होता है। प्रदेश भर में यही से माल सप्लाई होता है। इस भीषण आग में बाजार में लाखों का माल जलकर राख हो गया। दमकल के जल्दी पहुँचने से गनीमत रही कि आग आगे नही बढ़ने पाई। वरना यहाँ बड़े नुकसान के साथ जनहानि भी हो सकती थी। दरअसल अमीनाबाद बहुत पुरानी बाजार है। यहाँ सभी बिल्डिंग 70 साल से पुरानी और बेहद घनी है। यहाँ आग लगने पर पूरी बाजार में फैलने का खतरा रहता है।

लखनऊ। अमीनाबाद के गड़बड़झाला बाजार में स्थित दुकानों से बुधवार सुबह करीब छह बजे धुंआ और आग की लपटें निकलते देख लोगों ने शोर मचाना शुरू कर दिया। घटना की जानकारी आनन फानन दमकल को दी। दमकल कमिर्यों ने आधा दर्जन से अधिक गाड़ियों की मदद से करीब तीन घंटे में आग पर काबू पाया। आग की चपेट में आने से एक प्लास्टिक की दुकान-गोदाम, दो ज्वैलरी समेत चार दुकानें जल गईं। अतिव्यस्त अमीनाबाद की गड़बड़झाला मार्केट में संजीव जैन की जैन प्लास्टिक के नाम से दुकान है। उनके पड़ोस में ही फहद की गोल्ड पैलेस के नाम से ज्वैलरी की दुकान है। बुधवार सुबह दोनों दुकानों से भीषण धुंआ और आग की लपटें निकलती देख आस पड़ोस के लोग दौड़े। उन्होंने पानी फेंककर आग पर काबू पाने का प्रयास किया और पुलिस व दमकल को सूचना दी।
