ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਤੋਹਫਾ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਤੇਂਦਰ ਜੈਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਏ ਸਨ।
ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ 'ਚ ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਬੈਠਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ 2022 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ 'ਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ 300 ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਰੂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
