    ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଭାକର ମିଶ୍ର ହାଲୁଆ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକକୁ କଳି ଯୁଗର କଂସ ଓ ରାବଣର ଆକ୍ଷା ଦେଇ ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ଏହା ଜୀବଜଗତକୁ ଧ୍ଵଂସଭିମୁଖେ ଗତି କରୁଛି ବୋଲି କହିଥିଲେ। ଆମ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଯୋଜନା ଶ୍ରୀ ରାଜ ମିଶ୍ର ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଦ୍ଵାରା ଜଳ, ବାୟୁ , ଓ ମୃତ୍ତିକା ଉପରେ କୁପ୍ରଭାବ କିପରି ରୋକା ଯାଇ ପାରିବ ସେ ବିଷୟରେ କହିଥିଲେ। ଜଙ୍ଗଲରେ ଗଛ ଲଗାଇ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ପରିବେଶ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜନ ସମାଜକୁ ସଚେତନ ହେବା ଜରୁରୀ ବୋଲି
    ଶ୍ରୀମତି ରୂପେଲି ଜାକାକା କହିଥିଲେ। ଫରେଷ୍ଟର ଶ୍ରୀ ଗୌରି ଶଙ୍କର ସାହୁଙ୍କ ତ୍ବତାବଧନରେ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମଟି ସୁଚାରୁରୂପେ ପରିଚାଳନା ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ, ସମସ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀ, ପାରା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ PNGO କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନେ ଉପସ୍ତିତ ରହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ସଫଳ କରିଥିଲେ। ।
