    आज़मगढ़ जनपद में एक अस्पताल में नवजात के परिजनो ने जमकर हंगामा किया। परिजनों का आरोप है कि अस्पताल ने लाभ कमाने के चक्कर में उनके बच्चे की मौत के बाद भी 3 दिनों तक वेटिंलेटर पर रखा। यह विवाद इतना बढ़ा कि पुलिस को हस्तक्षेप करना पड़ा। मामला आजमगढ़ के सिधारी थाने के रैनबो हॉस्पिटल का है। परिजनों का आरोप है कि यहां अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने उनके मृत बच्चे को 3 दिन तक वेंटिलेटर पर रखे रहा। तीसरे दिन जब परिजनों को इस बारे में जानकारी हुई तो तीमारदारों अस्पताल में जमकर हंगामा मचाया। हंगामे की सूचना मिलने के बाद मौके पर पहुंची स्थनीय पुलिस ने तीमारदारों को किसी तरह से शांत कराया। अस्पताल के प्रबंधक का कहना है कि यहां जब बच्चे को लाया गया था तो उसकी हालत अत्यंत खराब थी। प्रयास किया गया उसको ठीक करने के लिए लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिली। वेंटीलेटर पर रखने का मकसद उसके ऑर्गन को इसी प्रकार से फिर से सुचारू करना था लेकिन नहीं हो सका। बताया गया कि आजमगढ़ जिले के शहर कोतवाली के बदरका कुंदीगढ़ मोहल्ले के रहने वाले संजय गौड़ की बहन ने एक बच्चे को जन्म दिया। जन्म लेने के बाद बच्चा रोया नहीं, तो परिजन उसे शहर के मुकेरीगंज में एक निजी अस्पताल में लेकर गए। वहां चिकित्सकों ने बच्चे की हालत गंभीर देखते हुए दूसरे अस्पताल में ले जाने को कहा। तब परिजन अपने बच्चे को लेकर नगर के सिधारी थाना क्षेत्र के रैनबो हॉस्पिटल में गए। परिजनों का आरोप है कि डॉक्टर ने बच्चे को वेंटिलेटर पर डाल दिया। परिजनों की मानें, तो बच्चे की मौत 3 दिन पहले ही हो गई थी, लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने इसकी जानकारी परिजनों को नहीं दी। जब परिजनों ने रविवार को बच्चे को डिस्चार्ज करने को कहा तो अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने कहा कि आपका बच्चा मर गया है। इसके बाद परिजनों ने अस्पताल में हंगामा करना शुरू कर दिया घंटों अस्पताल में हंगामा चलता रहा सूचना के बाद मौके पर पहुंची स्थानीय पुलिस ने परिजनों को समझा-बुझाकर शांत करा दिया।

    അസമിലെ ഗുവാഹാട്ടി ജോര്‍ഹത് മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജില്ലാണ് ആറു ദിവസത്തിനിടെ 15 നവജാത ശിശുക്കള്‍ മരിച്ചത്. ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ അടങ്ങിയ സംഘമാണ് കേസ് അന്വേഷിക്കുക. നവംബര്‍ ഒന്ന് മുതല്‍ ആറ് വരെയുള്ള ദിവസങ്ങളിലാണ് മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിലെ നവജാതശിശുക്കളുടെ പ്രത്യേക വാര്‍ഡില്‍ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന 15 കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങള്‍ മരിച്ചത്. മെഡിക്കല്‍ എജുക്കേഷന്‍ ഡയറക്ടറും ശിശുരോഗ വിദഗ്ദ്ധരും യൂണിസെഫ് പ്രതിനിധികളും അടങ്ങുന്ന സംഘമാണ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് എത്തുകയെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ഹിമന്ത ബിസ്വ ശര്‍മവ്യക്തമാക്കി. എന്നാല്‍ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങള്‍ മരിച്ചത് തങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നുള്ള പിഴവുകള്‍ കാരണമല്ലെന്നാണ് ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതരുടെ വാദം. 'ചില സമയത്ത് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ചികിത്സയ്ക്ക് വരുന്നവരുടെ എണ്ണം കുത്തനെ ഉയരാറുണ്ട്. അപ്പോള്‍ സ്വാഭാവികമായും മരണപ്പെടുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ എണ്ണവും വര്‍ധിക്കും. അത് രോഗികള്‍ ഏത് അവസ്ഥയിലാണ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ എത്തുന്നത് എന്നതിനെ അനുസരിച്ച് ഇരിക്കും. പൂര്‍ണ വളര്‍ച്ചയെത്താത്തതും തൂക്കം കുറഞ്ഞും ജനിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ മരണപ്പെടാനുള്ള സാധ്യത കൂടുതലാണെന്ന് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്രണ്ട് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
