Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 150 milliliters
Paneer - 200 grams
Yogurt - 100 milliliters
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 50 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green Chili - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 40 grams
Tomato - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Bell Pepper (Yellow, Red, Green) - 120 grams
Mozzarella cheese - for sprinkle
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl add 250 grams refined flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 150 milliliters of milk and knead smooth dough. Keep the dough aside for 10 to 20 minutes.
2. Take another mixing bowl, Add 200 grams paneer, 100 milliliters of yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili and mix all the ingredients well. Keep aside.
3. Take a medium size ball from the dough. ( see video )
4. Dust the rolling board with flour. Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a roller to approximately six-inch diameter. This is now called a chapati.
5. Heat a pan, place roti on it and cook one side. It should be less than half cooked, turn and cook the other side. This should be a little bit more cooked than the first side. Brown spots should be visible. Transfer it to a plate.By PunjabKesari TV | 27792 views

Sliced ginger - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 50 grams
Shredded Cabbage - 50 grams
Bell peppers (Red, Yellow, Green) - 75 grams
Corn - 50 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon - divided
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Refined flour - 30 grams
Corn flour - 15 g
Egg - 1
Water- 50 milliliter
Flour paste - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
Stuffing
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add one teaspoon minced garlic, one teaspoon sliced ginger and one teaspoon ginger garlic paste. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add in the onions, shredded cabbage, bell peppers and corn. Sauté the vegetables, until lightly softened.
3. Stir in the one teaspoon green chili, one teaspoon soy sauce, half teaspoon salt and one teaspoon black pepper.
4. Transfer the cooked mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool.
Wrapper
1. In a bowl, add 30 gram refined flour, 15 gram corn flour, one forth teaspoon salt and one egg.
2. Whisk the ingredients well.
3. Add 50 milliliters of water.
4. Whisk well to a get smooth and slightly thin consistency of the batter without any lumps. The batter should be of a flowing consistency. Depending on the quality of flour, you can add less or more water.
5. Heat a non stick pan on low heat. The pan should just become slightly hot and not too hot. Add batter in the pan.By PunjabKesari TV | 12308 views
