Rice are always a hit in my home. They make for a great side with any curry or can be enjoyed on their own. Here I share with you an easy Spanish style Rice recipe. This one pot rice dish is easy to make, tasty and gets ready quite fast.

Recipe/ Ingredients

2 cups Long grain rice
Oil for cooking
Salt per taste
1 chopped Onions and bell peppers
1 tbsp garlic minced
1 tsp paprika or chilli powder.
1 cup crushed tomatoes
4 cups of water

- Saute Onions and bell peppers in oil with garlic, salt, paprika.
- Add rice and brown them. Add tomatoes. Mix well. Add water.
- Cook until rice are done and water has evaporated.
Serve with curry or enjoy by itself.
