अमेठी: कोटेदार पर लगा बड़ा आरोप, शिकायत पर पूर्ति अधिकारी ने कही ये बात…
अमेठी। सरकार भले ही लाख योजनाएं बना ले और सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थी तक लाभ देने के लिए लाख कोशिश कर ले, लेकिन गरीबों तक सरकारी राशन नहीं पहुंच पा रहा है। ऐसे ही कुछ हालात अमेठी के हैं जहां पर कुछ कोटेदार है कि सुधरने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहे और गरीबो के राशन पर सेंध लगा रहे हैं। मामला अमेठी के मिस्त्री के पुरवा के कोटेदार बृजलाल का है जहां के कोटेदार पर लोगों के अंगूठे का निशान और पैसा लेने के बाद भी राशन ना देने का आरोप लगा है जिसको लेकर ग्रामीणों ने जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी के यहां शिकायत की। जिसपे पूर्ति अधिकारियों ने इस मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए जांच कराकर कार्रवाई करने की बात कही है।बता दें कि मामला अमेठी के मिस्त्री का पुरवा के कोटेदार द्वारा लोगों के राशन को वितरित न करने व अंगूठा लगवाकर राशन ना देने का है। ग्रामीणों ने जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी के यहां शिकायती पत्र देकर जांच कराने की मांग की है और उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि कोटेदार द्वारा राशन नहीं दिया जा रहा है और कोटेदार के घर के ही कई लोगों का राशन खुद गलत तरीके से निकासी कर रहे हैं जिसको लेकर ग्रामीण आज पूर्ति अधिकारी को शिकायत दिया है। वहीं इस मामले पर पूर्ति अधिकारी ने बताया कि कुछ ग्रामीण लोग आए थे जिन्होंने जंगलराम नगर के मिस्त्री के पुरवा के कोटेदार की शिकायत की है जिसकी जांच करने के लिए हमें सप्लाई स्पेक्टर को दिया है जांच होने के बाद जो भी दोषी पाया जाएगा उसे खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

कोटेदार नहीं बांट रहे हैं राशन, ग्रामीणों ने किया हंगामा
सिद्धार्थनगर जिले के इटवा तहसील के उपजिलाधिकारी जहाँ लोगो को आसानी से सस्ता गल्ला सरकारी राशन के दुकान से उपलब्ध कराने के लिए विशेष कैम्प का आयोजन कर राशन कार्ड जारी करवाने की मुहीम छेड़ रखी है वही इसी तहसील के झकहिया गाँव के कोटेदार पर ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया है कि वो दो माह से सरकारी गल्ला नही बॉट रहा है ।
जी हां हम आपको ऐसे गरीबों का हाल बता रहे हैं जो आज भी सरकार की इसी सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली योजना पर आश्रित हैं जो दर्जनों की संख्या में गाँव के ग्रामीण तहसील परिसर में पहुँच कर उपजिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौप कर गाँव के कोटेदार पर आरोप लगाया कि दिसम्बर और जनवरी माह का राशन हम लोगो को नही मिला है । गाँव के गरीब ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि जो राशन सरकारी गल्ले के दुकान से मिलता है उसी से अपने परिवार को दो जून की रोटी खिलाते है।
वहीं उपजिपाधिकारी ने बताया कि शिकायत मिली है जाँच कराया जायेगा । उठान किये गए राशन का वितरण किये बिना दूसरे माह के राशन उठान पर रोक लगाया गया था । बिना एक माह का राशन वितरण किये दूसरे माह का राशन उठान कैसे हुआ गम्भीर मामला है । जाच के बाद कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
तो कोटेदार द्वारा दो माह का राशन हजम कर लिया जाता है और पूर्ति विभाग को पता ही नही चलता जब कि राशन वितरण प्रणाली को बेहतर बनाने के लिए सरकार द्वारा e pos मशीन के द्वारा वितरण करना है और e pos मशीन में पूरा डाटा फिड है उसके बाद भी दो माह राशन वितरण न होना बड़ी बात है ।

सिद्धार्थनगर जनपद के कोटेदारो की बैठक आहूत हुई,जिसमे कोटेदारो के पूर्व लंबित मागों को ले कर चर्चा,किया और 18 जनवरी को इको पार्क लखनऊ में होने वाले प्रदेश के समस्त कोटेदारो के धरना प्रदर्शन में सम्मलित होने के लिए आवाहन किया गया, वही कोटेदार संघ के जिला अध्यक्ष श्री राजधर पांडेय और जिला प्रवक्ता सिद्धांत यादव ने कहा कि यादि केंद्र और प्रदेश सरकार कोटेदारो के पूर्व लंबित मागो को पूरा नही करती है ,तो समस्त उत्तर प्रदेश के कोटेदार भाजपा सरकार के खिलाफ चुनाव प्रचार करेंगे,और एक नई पार्टी का गठन कर भाजपा के खिलाफ चुनाव भी सभी जनपदों में कोटेदार लड़ेंगे,वही कोटेदार संघ के जिला प्रवक्ता सिद्धांत यादव ने खाद्य विभाग के ऊपर आरोप लगाया कि कोटेदार राशन कार्ड में धारक का आधार कार्ड कई बार जमा करता है कार्यालय पर लेकिन फीडिंग नही होती है,अब जनपद के समस्त कोटेदार को आधार फीडिंग के लिए कमीशन दिया जाये या,फिर स्वयं अधिकारी गावों और शहरो में कैम्प के माध्यम से राशन कार्डों पर आधार फीडिंग और सीडिंग कर ले,और अधिकारी कार्ड धरको को मिलने वाले नमक पर कमीशन की मांग करते हैं।जबकी अन्य राज्यों की तरह यहां भी कोटेदरों को 200 रूपया कुंतल कमीशन और 25 हजार रूपया प्रति माह मानदेय की मांग की,और डोर स्टेप डिलेवरी, पल्लो दारी और भाड़ा का भी मांग किया है। अगर सरकार जल्द ही हमारी मांगे पूरा नही करेंगे तो कोटेदार सरकार के खिलाफ में निर्णय लेंगे।
