प्रगतिशील समाजवादी पार्टी लोहिया के सुप्रीमो एवं पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री शिवपाल यादव सामाजिक परिवर्तन यात्रा लेकर शनिवार को बलिया पहुंचे। सहतवार और फेफना के कपुरी जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए भाजपा सरकार को अपने निशाने पर रखा। कहा कि भाजपा के कुशासन से जनता तंग हो चुकी है। यहां सत्ता परिवर्तन जरूरी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा को रोकने के लिए वह बड़ा त्याग करने को तैयार हैं। समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) से गठबंधन पार्टी की प्राथमिकता है। इसके लिए बातचीत चल रही है। योगी सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में महंगाई चरम पर है और कानून-व्यवस्था ध्वस्त है। किसान परेशान हैं। युवा रोजगार की तलाश में भटक रहे हैं। सरकार से जुड़े कुछ उद्योग घराने ही पनप रहे हैं
पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेस-वे का श्रेय भाजपा ले रही है, लेकिन पहले की सरकार में ही इसके लिए 60 फीसद जमीन ले ली गई थी। कोरोना में जहां बेड और ऑक्सीजन नहीं था, अब डेंगू से भी सरकार लड़ नहीं पा रही है। इस दौरान उन्होंने सामाजिक परिवर्तन रथयात्रा स्थगित करने की भी घोषणा की। कहा कि व्यक्तिगत कारणों की वजह से दिसंबर तक रथयात्रा को स्थगित करने फैसला किया है।

प्रगतिशील समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष और पूर्व मंत्री शिवपाल यादव अपने रथ को लेकर आज मेरठ पहुंचे जहां उन्होंने मेरठ पहुंच कर मीडिया से वार्ता की वार्ता में उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश से भाजपा को हटाने के लिए समान विचारधारा वाली पार्टियों को गठबंधन करना होगा। उन्होंने सपा से गठबंधन पर कहा कि भतीजे को चाचा का सम्मान करना होगा। नेताजी, अखिलेश और उनके बीच बात करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में अगली सरकार गठबंधन की सरकार होगी। जो सरकार बनेगी तो उसमें प्रगतिशील समाजवादी पार्टी शामिल रहेगी। बगैर प्रगतिशील समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रदेश में सरकार नहीं बनेगी।
आज सामाजिक परिवर्तन यात्रा को लेकर मेरठ पहुंचे शिवपाल यादव ने मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा कि प्रदेश में सपा के साथ गठबंधन करना प्राथमिकता है। चाचा-भतीजे के रिश्ते के सवाल पर कहा कि भतीजे को चाचा का सम्मान रिश्ते के नाते करना ही होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक राष्ट्रीय पार्टी से भी गठबंधन करेंगे। कांग्रेस से गठबंधन के संकेत दिए। उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश में सत्ता परिवर्तन जरूरी है। इसीलिए सामाजिक परिवर्तन रथयात्रा लेकर निकला हूं। आधे से अधिक प्रदेश के जिलों का दौरा कर चुका हूं। जनता में भाजपा के खिलाफ आक्रोश है और सत्ता परिवर्तन के लिए तैयार है। मेरठ में शहीदों को नमन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आजादी की चिंगारी मेरठ से ही फूटी थी और यहां के शहीदों ने अपनी शहादत देकर देश को आजादी दिलाई थी। इस क्रांति धरा को नमन। उन्होंने कहा कि अखिलेश यादव माने या न माने लेकिन मेरा भाई मुलायम सिंह हमारी पार्टी का प्रचार करेंगे और हमारे साथ होंगे।

मीडिया से बातचीत में प्रसपा राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता ने लखीमपुर की घटना पर विपक्षी दलों के नेताओं को रोके जाने के सवाल पर कहा कि सरकार क्यों लखीमपुर की घटना की पहरेदारी कर रही है। इस सरकार में लोकलाज खत्म हो गया है। यह सरकार लोकलाज का खुला उल्लंघन कर रही है। गठबंधन के सवाल पर कहा कि अभी तक सपा-बसपा, सपा-कांग्रेस ने गठबंधन करके देख लिया। यह गठबंधन इसलिए सफल नहीं हुआ क्योंकि शिवपाल यादव साथ नहीं थे। आने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा से मुकाबला करने के लिए सभी गैर भाजपा वाले दलों को एक साथ आना होगा। और हम निश्चित रूप से भाजपा को हराकर इस जुल्मी सरकार को उखाड़ फेंकने का काम करेंगे। दीपक मिश्र ने बताया कि प्रसपा की सामाजिक परिवर्तन यात्रा डॉक्टर राम मनोहर लोहिया की पुण्यतिथि 12 अक्टूबर से मथुरा से निकलेगी। प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों में यह यात्रा जाएगी। आजमगढ़ जिले में यह यात्रा 13 नवम्बर को पहुंचेगी और 14 तक रहेगी। इस यात्रा के माध्यम से सरकार को उखाड़ फेंकने का संकल्प लिया जाएगा। यह सरकार प्रदेश की जनता को मूलभूत सुविधाएं देने में असफल साबित हो रही है। अखिलेश यादव द्वारा बार-बार 400 सीटें जीते जाने के सवाल पर राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता दीपक मिश्र ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र में कोई छोटा-बड़ा नही होता है। पूरे प्रदेश में लगातार ईकाईयों का गठन किया जा रहा है। और मजबूती के साथ हम लोग चुनाव लड़ेगें।
