Michelle Obama: Never forget that doing the impossible is the history of this country

Obama no longer worries about whether or not she is doing what's best for her daughters, she said. If we want to give all of our children a foundation of hope, then we must reelect Barrack Obama to the presidency, she said in conclusion to her speech that eneded the convention's first night.

"Let us never forget that doing the impossible is the history of this country," Obama said.

"For Barrack there is no such thing as 'us' and 'them,'" Michelle Obama said. "He doesn't care if you're Republican or Democrat. He knows that we all love our country."

Her husband grew up facing many of the challenges that today's middle class members face, such as student loan debt, Obama said.
